Joint logistics is the main development direction of our army's logistics reform, the theoretical basis of joint logistics is military logistics, but the military distribution is an important functional activity of military logistics, and military distribution transportation path optimization is an important aspect of the rationalization of the military distribution. Due to the road network-intensive of theater is relatively high, supply, demand, forwarding units are more and scattered, requirements are different, In addition, under wartime conditions, the battlefield environment will be extreme, dynamic of network is obvious, the choices of route optimization constraints are very complicated, it breaks through the limit of traditional shortest-path problems and makes military distribution path optimization becoming extremely difficult, which become the focus and difficult issues, as well as military transportation logistics needs to focus on the theoretical study and solves one of the issues, so strengthen research to this issue has important academic value and practical significance. This dissertation mainly did the following works.In basic theory. This paper:â‘ further expounds the inner essential relations between military logistics, military transportation logistics and military distribution, the point of view about the theoretical foundation of military transportation logistics being rooted in military logistics is putted forward, analyzes the new demand of military logistics for distribution transportation, which clears the theoretical obstacles for development of military transportation logistics.â‘¡Sums up the basic features of military distribution path optimization systematically, which are the dynamic, more restrained, more requirements and multi-objective, so for the study of this paper provides a reasonable position.â‘¢explores computational theory and method of edge weights of military distribution network in-depth, which are road real-time line capacity and road travel time. Especially the road line capacity under wartime conditions, the paper puts forward the new concept of conversion of road running interrupted time and real-time capacity, the formula and method of wartime road real-time line capacity are discussed.In the path optimization. The dynamic path optimization issue of military distribution networks is discussed more systemically. The concept of the shortest-time path, the minimum time and maximal capacity path is put forward. The method of transform N_FOFO network to FIFO network is discussed, The algorithms of the shortest time path, the minimal time and maximal capacity path, optimal k-paths, and containing the necessary passing nodes (arcs), forbidden passing nodes (arcs) paths of dynamic military distributing network are studied respectively. It has provided the new approach to solve the path optimal issue of dynamic military distribution network.In the system integration. Taking Tsinan Theater as an example, selecting MapInfo platform and MapBasic language, the Tsinan Theater logistics distribution optimal path management information system is developed; which provides the decision-making platform for Tsinan Theater logistics distribution in path optimization automation, visibility and intelligence.
