Modern Russian Criminal Studies

This thesis is contributed to study of Russian Criminal law Science,its theory system, categories, concepts, opinions and development. Besides the preface, this thesis divided into several parts as below:The First Part is"The Russian Criminal law Science in Soviet time". The First Chapter briefly presents the important problems discussed by scholars in three developing periods of Soviet-Russian Criminal law Science; the other Chapters differently and systematically introduce the general knowledge of survey of criminal law, crime and punishment. Through this Part readers would recognize the nature and characters of Soviet-Russian Criminal law Science as a model of"Socialist school of Criminal law Science".The Second Part is"The Russian Criminal law Science in Post-Soviet time". The First Chapter introduces how has Russian Criminal law been amended and re-legislated; the other Chapters relate new theories and viewpoints of morden Russian Criminal law Science. In this Part readers would know what deep changes have taken place in Russian Criminal law Science.The Third Part is"The traditional theories of Russian Criminal law Science", and the last Part is"Russian and Chinese Criminal law Science in a brief comparison".The trends to have more spirit of science, democracy, ruling by law and humanity are the nature of Russian Criminal law Science. And that is the corn clue of this thesis.
