On initial stages of our country the history position and history mission of Communist Party of China had a basic change. The cadre-education was also adjusted accordingly, experiencing a change of itself. But this problem wasn't subjected to the concern and the value that people should have for long time. On the basis of the investigation about history of cadre-education of initial stages of our country, this research, exactly combining situation and mission that Communist Party of China is facing with the politics, economy, culture of Chinese society, structure and character of ranks of cadres, analysis history progress of the transformation of cadre-education in the early period after the founding of New China.Using dialectical materialism and historical materialism as guide, adopting literature and comparison, thesis conducted investigation and analysis about the history progress of the change of cadre-education of the Party in the early period of new China. The thesis consists of six parts (introduction and five chapters). The contents of each part is as follows:Introduction: Thesis mainly elaborated the raising of the problem, the theoretical meaning and practical value of the research and the present situation and problems of the history of cadre-education. It gives related concepts, train of thought and the main methods of research.Chapter 1 "The Research of the Development and Characteristics of Cadre-education During New Democratist Revolution ". First, it gives a brief account of the cadre-education of Communist Party of China before the foundation of new China and briefly divides its history periods. From the development history of cadre-education it draws the conclusion: cadre- education serves political assignments of the Party; cadre-education concentrates its efforts on training revolutionists who combine ability with political integrity; cadre-education attaches importance to uniting theory with practice and adhere to principle of combining education and work; using such teaching methods as elicitation method, discussing and researching; it regards political theory and military education as the prime and gives consideration to culture education.Chapter 2 " the Background of the Transform of Cadre-education in the Early Period of New China", Thesis investigates the history background of the transformation of cadre-education in the early period of new China from such respects as the change of the history position and history mission of the Communist Party of China, the development of our society, the development of cadre ranks and existing problems in the early years. The analysis of the contact and effects to each other of the three respects contributes to a better understanding of the effects that the change of history mission and history position of the Communist Party of China give to the development direction of the cadre-education. It also contributes to a better understanding of the promotion and restricts that society change give to the history process of the transformation of cadre-education.Chapter 3 "Research of Policy and Thoughts about Cadre-education in the Early Period of New China", First, thesis analyzes the appearing and the problems involved of cadre-education at that time. It thinks policy of cadre-education can't be parted from the development of correlated thoughts, recommended Soviets works and the local study. Secondly, several developments of the followings: understanding of the importance of cadre-education of Ruling party, contents and methods of cadre-education of Ruling party, ways and forms of cadre-education, training of teachers of Party schools. Finally, It discusses the development of the principle of cadre-education in the early days of new China from two respects: recommended Soviets work and development of cadre-education in China.Chapter 4 "Development of Practice of Cadre-education in the Early Period of New China ". It analyzes many problems and realms about practice of cadre-education from the three respects: changes and development of knowledge structure and contents of cadre-education, seeing-through methods of cadre-education, founding and adjustment of system and structure of cadre-education. History about transform of practice of cadre-education is shown here.Chapter 4 "Conclusion part". It mainly discusses the enlightenments from the transformation of cadre-education in the early years of new China and summarizes the function and significance of the transformation. It also points out some deviations and mistakes that appears in cadre-education in the process of the transform.
