| Cadre education is the basic project of the Chinese Communist Party concerning the overall situation of the party’s construction,and is the key to the party’s victory in new democracy and the construction of new China.Cadre education has always been an important way for the Communist Party of China to carry out party building,and it is also an important channel for cultivating leaders and state cadres.The cadre education in the Yan’an period(1935-1948)and the early period of the founding of the People’s Republic(1949-1956)was two important periods in the history of cadre education in the Communist Party of China.During the Yan’an period,the party always adhered to the guidance of Marxism-Leninism.With the changes in the historical missions and political lines of the revolution,the party’s cadre education was regarded as the leading measure to implement policies,guidelines,and routes,and promoted its continuous development.The cadre education in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China was another period with distinct characteristics and remarkable achievements in the history of cadres’ education in the Communist Party of China.At that time,the Communist Party of China changed from a revolutionary party to a ruling party that mastered state power and led the country’s construction.The political status,central tasks,and internal and external environments have undergone significant changes.In view of the changes in the domestic and international situation,in order to cope with various challenges,the party has actively strengthened the education of cadres,explored theories,methods and systems for the construction of cadres,and has done a lot of fruitful work and accumulated valuable historical experience.Although the tasks,work focus and environment of the party in these two periods are different,they all reflect the special important role of the party’s cadre education work.Based on the relevant research results and works of scholars at home and abroad,this study takes the general situation of cadre education in the Yan’an period and the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China as an entry point.Based on the interpretation of the background of cadre education in the two periods,this paper deeply analyzes the important contents of cadre education in the two periods.Educational methods and significant results achieved.At the same time,the cadre education in the two periods was carefully analyzed and found to be consistent in terms of theoretical sources,educational principles and educational methods,and there were obvious differences in the background of the times,educational goals and educational content.On the basis of comparative analysis of cadre education in the two periods,the historical experience and deficiencies are briefly summarized.Finally,it discusses the enlightenment of cadre education to the contemporary party cadre education in the two periods,and provides reference for the scientific cadre education work in the new era. |
