Thethesis is trying to uncover the particular disciplines of Chinese governmentunder the government-public interactive paradigm which would make theresearch fairly unique especially in china's market economic socialism system.The thesis use theoretic perspectives of journalism and mass communicationtheories to analyze Chinese government political news communication system.The main emphasis lies on the government communication activities as ainitiator of communication chains and what kind of infection the initiator wouldencounter and how the government corresponds the factors of infection. Allthese issues would become clear under the communication theoreticperspectives.The thesis' theoretic significance lies on that it take Chinese government asthe central object to be analyzed and the government's dual status ofcommunication initiator and media control organization makes the researchcomplicated and more meaningful. Also, the analyses of governmentcommunication would exceed a overall description of the Chinese governmentcommunication module and it would be the practical significance of this thesis.In the thesis, government political news release institutions are divided intothree sections which are idealistic section, regulation section and practicalsection respectively.
