Due to the rapid development of economy globalization, the deepening of the mutual dependence among the countries, the upsurge of the global issues and the increasing expansion of the civic society, at the end of the 80th and the dawn of the 90th of last century, the thought of global governance which has been dormant for a long time rose again, all kinds of social powers and many a scholar began to illuminate and design the global governance from their respective perspectives and points of departure, which included the decipherment of the Social Democratism.The Social Democratism is an aggregative conception, and its system is very complicated, so the understanding of social governance is not all the same. The knowledge of the Socialist International that functions as the international organization of the Social Democratism, wholly represents that of the Social Democratism, as it were. The Socialist International expressed its thoughts of the global governance through a series of international conferences after the Cold War: On the global economy governance, it proposed the establishment of the new global economy system with mutual responsibilities; on the global economy political governance, it asserted the establishment of the just and peaceful global political cosmos; on the global social governance, it advocated protecting the environment and keeping the continual development. The thought of the global governance of the Socialist International is aimed to establish a new world cosmos, of which the multilateralism, Democratism, the respect of human rights and continual development are the main contents, and to realize the mutual benefits of the mankind, by the unity and cooperations of the polynary and multiplayer main bodies.The thought of the global governance of the Socialist International is aimed to achieve the good governance of the whole global society, which is the ideal expression of the Social Democratism as a whole.
