Through over twenty years of reformation and opening to the outside world, together with rapid development of our national economy, our private economy has seen a fast development; from small scale to large scale, from weak competence to strong competence, from low scientific and technological industry to high scientific and technological industry, as exemplified by companies such as Lenovo, Huawei, Shengda and so on. As the economic environment of our private economy has gone through and will undergo great changes, this means private economy has been in transitional period, which is characterized by deep renovation of enterprise culture. The construction of enterprise culture is becoming urgent for our private economy to further strengthen its competence and to lengthen its longevity. All in all, a study on private enterprise culture during transitional period is of practical importance.Round the topic of Chinese private enterprise culture during its transitional period, on the basis of current research achievements, we carried out on-the-spot research on private enterprises in Shanghai, Fujian and Zhejiang province. In this dissertation, we mainly use such study methods as combination of theory and practice, macro and micro, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, comparison, positive analysis and normal analysis. Based on the analysis of the data collected, we study the system reformation and management strategy renovation of the enterprise in order to maintain a sustainable development under the ever-changing social, economic and market environments.This dissertation is mainly composed of three parts:Part one - theoretical part - focuses on the basic theories (chapter one, chapter two and chapter three). On the basis of evaluation of the definition of enterprise culture both at home and abroad, we want to illustrate the basic meaning, structure, function and implemental goals of the enterprise culture to establish the definition and features of Chinese private enterprise culture.Part two - transitional part - analysis of the system reformation, leadership renovation and core competence of Chinese private enterpriseduring transitional period (chapter four, chapter five and chapter six). Based on the analysis of the existing system and inherited problems of Chinese private enterprise, we suggest that they establish incentive and restraining mechanism. Only on the basis of system innovation of the reward mechanism and strategy mechanism, can they self-evaluate their leadership, strengthen their cohesive force, competence and leadership in order to maintain sustainable and healthy development.Part three - construction part - explores the construction Chinese private enterprise culture during the transitional period (chapter seven, chapter eight and chapter nine). Based on the analysis of internal and external environment of Chinese private enterprise culture, making use of comparative studies of the model Chinese, Japanese and American enterprise cultures and combining the inspiration to the construction of enterprise culture from the eastern management theory, three "wei" theory - human-oriented, ethic-guided, being as being - by famous professor, Su Dongshui, together with the successful experiences of the Chinese culture, we put forward strategies for the construction of the Chinese private enterprise culture which should be guided by three "wei" theory. We should conform the ever-changing internal management mechanism and upgrade the competence level towards external market environment to maintain the sustainable development of our enterprise.On the basis of the study on Chinese enterprise culture during the transitional period, the strength of this dissertation lies in the following three parts:Firstly, the construction of enterprise culture should be based on "human-oriented, ethic-guided, being as being" eastern management theory which is founded by famous professor, Su Dongshui, who offered new strategies and suggestions. Human-oriented means our enterprise should establish fine figure, take care of its employee and constantly deepen its system innovation; ethic-guided means our enterprises should unify its employee's ethic, entrepreneur spirit and enterprise value, establish reward mechanism and emphasize the management culture guided by ethic; being as being means the enterprise should develop the leaders' management and decision-making ability, create a fine...
