In the market-economy, the competition between enterprises is drastically. The essential of this competition is the competition of human resources. The coherence of human resources mainly relies on enterprise culture. So, in a sense, this competition is the competition on enterprise culture and the capacity of culture. Therefore ,with the rapid communication between east culture and west culture, the theories of enterprise culture has been known and regarded gradually by the field of management science and enterprise. Then, as private-owned enterprise, in order to hold a much better position in the market, it is an important problem to research on how to strengthen the construction of enterprise culture.The following thesis, from the point of strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, analyzes our private-owned enterprise culture's present condition and limitation on operation, sets forth the importance of construction of enterprise culture and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure on the construction of private-owned enterprise.
