| The research focus on rural migrants employment by the endogenous institutional arrangement, it is a supplementary of the macro-policy reseach about rural migrants employment.The research try to know the evolutionary logic of the endogenous institution and find out the way to innovate the endogenous institution by analizing the endogenous institution theory and the endogenous institution for rural migrants employment.The research have some conclusion:1. The institution is necessary. When the institution is demanded the endogenous institution is born.2. The game equilibrium is not overall and long-term because of the different game players and different game position between the game players, some game equilibrium form the institution defect.3. It is not single direction to innovate the endogenous institution.when an endogenous institution is born, many exogenous institutions and endogenous institutions that have existed for a long time will influence its game equilibrium. Meanwhile, many correlated endogenous institutions are produced, they are correlated and complement so that the endogenous institution is endurable. Some exogenous institutions that have existed are also correlated and complement with the endogenous instituon, what make the endogenous instituon endurable. Because the endogenous institution is endurable, it is difficult for institution innovation. Nevertheless, when these correlated and complement institutions are innovated, it will cause innovation of the endogenous institution.4. It is a long time for the endogenous institution for rural migrants employment was born. It is an overall institutional employment arrangement that have four function: norm, incentive, configuration and security. Because these functions are not strong and low level, the efficiency of the overall employment institutional arrangement is low.5. It is very necessary to reform the residence registration system and readjust policy for rural migrants employment and form a united labour market, what will improve the overall employment institutional arrangement on macrocosm. But it is not enough. The research show that the feeble firmincentive mechanism influence the efficiency of the overall employment institutional arrangement for rural migrants on microcosm. So we must improve the efficiency of firm incentive mechanism.6. Due to correlated and complement ,the firm incentive mechanism is feeble.Because the endogenous rural migrants employment institutional arrangement is multiple, it has five types: the overall institutional arrangement for building and decorating team, the overall institutional arrangement for urban firm, the overall institutional arrangement for village and town, the overall institutional arrangement for community, the overall institutional arrangement for small business and service. The correlated and complement content of the endogenous and exogenous institutions are not same in five types, so there are five different ways to innovate the firm incentive mechanism. By and large, the exogenous institutions should connect with the endogenous institutions each other and the endogenous institutions should be formalized so that the firm incentive mechanism will be strengthened and the efficiency of the overall employment institutional arrangement for rural migrants will be improved. |
