This thesis is take Fang Hui's poems, poetic theory and poetic appraise as a target, and have research on "Ying-Kui-Lv-Sui"from the Q'ing intellectual's view. It discussed him in T'ang S'ong poems and the Jiangxi Style of poetry which made the contribution in the Chinese poetic criticism history. In the past, the academic circles research it mainly on two aspects. On the one hand, is concentrates the relations between "Ying-Kui-Lv-Sui" and the Jiangxi Style poetry, and the influence to the later generation. On the other hand, is discuss Fang Hui's poetic's views on "Ge(格)" between T'ang S'ong poems, and the contribution which in T'ang Song poems makes. There have not make any research on Fang Hui's poems, the thesis has aimed at this, focus on the analysis of "Tong-Jiang-Ji" and "Tong-Jiang-Xu-Ji", elaborate the expressive idea and characteristic of Fang Hui's works. The following is the succinct state of the thesis:The first chapter "Fang Hui's biography" is divided two.The first section is about Fang Hui surrender to Yuan monarchy, stated the appraisal to his moral behavior by various scholars, and record Fang Hui lose his father when he is a child, he is bring up and discipline by his uncle. The second section is record the experience and poems among Fang Hui and his friends.The second chapter "the brief introduce of Fang Hui's poems",is divided three.The first section is elaborates the understanding of Fang Hui about "Shi-Jing", "Chu-Ci" and the appreciation of Zhu Xi.The second section discussed the relations between era and poet. The third section discussed Fang Hui's poems based on society upheaval and people's livelihood, the sentimental of perish nation, the thinking and attitude of life, the interest of livelihood and the characteristic of the poems. It analysis the reality with creation take both the influence by each other.The third chapter "the study of Fang Hui's "Ying-Kui-Lv-Sui"",mainly elaborates Fang Hui's theoretical contribution in the poetic, is divided six. It discussed the arrangement of "Ying-Kui-Lv-Sui" of commentator's opinion, elaborated the relations between Fang Hui and the Jiangxi Style poetry. Moreover, distinguish between"Ge(格)","Ao Ti(拗体)","Huo Fa(活法)","Xiang Zi(响字)","XuZi(虚字)","Shi Yan(诗眼)"and"Bian Ti(变体)",analysis how they perform in the poems. The fourth chapter "the critique of Fang Hui comments on T'ang S'ong poet", it elaborated Fang Hui's criticism of Du Fu, Bai Juyi, Su Shi, Huang Tingjian and Lu You's poems, discuss the aesthetic standard and the valuation of each poet.The fifth chapter "the valuation of"Ying-Kui-Lv-Sui" by Q'ing intellectual", is divided three. It's doing the comparison between Fang Hui, Zha Shenxing, Feng Shu, Feng Ban and Ji Yun about their criticism mode.The sixth chapter "Comments about the "Literary selections of Yan Bao Xie shi"",it's about Fang Hui select Yan Yanzhi, Bao Zhao, Xie Lingyun, Xie Hui lian, Xie Tiao's poems from "Literary selections".This chapter mainly discussed the concept of Fang Hui about "Jianan Style" poems.
