The Study Of Mao Qi Ling

Mao Qiling was a famous person in early Qing Dynasty.As a scholar lived with Huang Zongxi,Gu Yanwu,Hu Wei,Wan Sida,he associated with other scholars and joined many academic activities intently.In the process, he touched upon many fields,wrote amount of works,and made certain achievements.At the same time,he made some misatakes. His activaties reflected the trend in that period.But the most comprehensive study of this important person is still wanting.This thesis focuses an all-around research on him,by investing his extraction,his life history,his company, his works,his method and style of study. A further aim of this thesis is to value his ststus in early Qing Dynasty,and the current and normal psychology at that time.This thesis made up of four chapters.The first is reviews,introducing and estimating the study on him historical.The second is presenting his extraction and life history at length. The third is his company, with the purpose of inspect of his teachers and his friends and his students,with their deeds and academics.The forth is study of his works,arranging as the assortion of Confucian classics, history, philosophy and literature.The fifth is analysis of his Confucian works, and other works incidentally.The sixth is the summarization of his method and style of study. The last is conclusion. The appendix is Mao's chronology.
