The globalization demands a new epistemology and methodology that win all the cultures in the world to join in. With the help of this new methodology, we can get more complete and efficient knowledge about the world. Compare with the hot discussion about reciprocal knowledge carried on in the other disciplines in the science and human research, psychology falls behind. The aim of this research is to develop the reciprocal knowledge research in psychology. The scientific psychology holds a primary position in psychological research, which promotes prosperity to the psychology, but on the other hand brings divisions of disciplines and cultures to the psychological research. This problem presents obstacles to gain the comprehensive knowledge about human behavior and mind. Under the condition of"universalism"and"monoculturalism", it's hard to get the comprehensive understanding of the cultural psychology in the non-western cultures. Without which, we can't develop the global psychology about the human being. The scientific psychology considers the human behavior and mind in the sense of epistemology, which presents us the knowledge about"what, why, and how", without value. The scientific psychology treats the human being as animals in the experimental research, avoiding the consideration about the cultural aspect of human behavior and mind. Using abstract terms and holding a position on the dichotomy of subject and object, the scientific psychological research tries to get the universal knowledge about human mind, which made the modern psychology fall into difficult positions. To solve these problems, a series of new research models developed in psychology nowadays. The new trends criticize the defects of the modern psychology, and give inspirations to the revolutions of psychological research. Because of the position of dichotomy, when they try to correct the defects of modern psychology, they fall into the other point of the dichotomy, made the same mistake like the modern psychology. The Chinese culture considers the human mind in the sense of ontology, developed mind-nature psychology, in which ethics plays an important part. On the other hand, Chinese people developed the common-sense psychology in their everyday life, in which game theory and tactics hold the main part. These psychological ideas and theories discuss the human mind in the sense of ontology and methodology, in which knowledge about"what"and"how to do"bundled up together, that is the understanding about human mind leads the human behavior. These ideas and theories can bring enlightenment to improve psychology. A, They inspire the researcher to discuss the human mind in the sense of ontology and methodology. B, They demand the researcher to value the others and the mutual recognition with them. C. They demand the researcher to set up the mutual universalism in psychology.Reciprocal knowledge has important significance to the psychology. Firstly, it inspires the indigenous researcher to connect their research with the social condition and real life, to develop indigenous universal theories, to join in the multicultural contraction, through which widen the modern psychological research domain. Secondly, it adopts the cultural research trend in psychology, embodies the developing trend of multiculturalism in psychology. Reciprocal knowledge demands the researchers to cherish openness to the others, to reflect themselves in the eye of the others, to make full use of the materials derived from the other cultures, to consider these materials as valuable stir to improve their research, and their improved research provides new datum to the other's research, then to produce a creative cycle in psychological research. Multicultural cultures maximize the span of reciprocal contraction and recognition, through which flourish the psychological study.
