| This thesis is designed to interpret the thought of the Fifty' s literature and art in China from the perspective of Knowledge Sociology. The basic point which we insist on is that the thought of the Fifty' s literature and art in China owns a typical politics formation. We call it the politics formation literature theory. As a simple name for the main-streamed and left-wing literature thought, the politics formation literature theory was initiated in the twenties-thirties when the Left-wing movement in literature and art was booming, and it obtained a clear political orientation in the period of the Yenan. Its principal concepts and basic framework were almost formed in the Fifties and systematized in the sixties by the project of compiling the humanities textbook which also gave the literature theory a relatively steady pattern.There are some particular historical and social situations affecting the politics formation literature theory. Among them, the unitary political culture is the most important one. To modern China, the unitary political culture isn' t an old import, it has deeply native historical resource and acute realistic answerableness. We can say, Confucian' s idea of " govern the world" and " self-cultivated, family-ordered, country-governed and world-peace" is a representative political culture. With the modern transformation of China society, we suffer large domestic troubles and foreign aggressions meanwhile such as the invasion of imperialism , which made the pole of moral containing in Confucian weakening and the pole of politics developing unduly. As a result, modern China culture begins politicalizing entirely and results in the unitary political culture finally. In the course of polidealization, we shouldn' t neglect the experience of the Soviet Union. The political culture of modern China staggers through between identifying and anti-identifying the Soviet Union and finally obtains itself. Besides the native resource and the Soviet Union's experience, we also inquire into the logical possibility of the unitary political culture from the angle of humanity. The three aspects consist of the basic contents of Chapter Two, Chapter Three and Chapter Four.True, the unitary political culture results from the relative historical and social situations, but it can give the contrary reaction to historical and social situation once it formed. Comparatively speaking, the realm of literature and art is one of fields where the effect is most obviously. The idea of literature, the formation of literature, the thought of discourse, the method of creation and the principle of aesthetics and so on are all embody the inherent restriction of the unitary political culture. The dialectical comprehension on this restriction consists of the basic contents of Chapter One and Chapter Five.The reason why we arrange the structure of this thesis as above, in other words, we don't place emphasis on the explanation of the politics formation literature theory but that of the unitary political culture, is because we believe that politics is the key to approach the Fifty' s literature and art thought which give us a convenient and valid way to comprehend the thought. We assume that the inherent road of the unitary political culture become clear, we can explain well the phenomena of literature and art, the thought of literature and art, the theory of literature and art, and so on. |
