Social Performance Studies Perspective Legal Workers In The Drama Performances

In the course of development of Chinese film and television play, the legal theme film and television play (especially teleplay) have been growing unceasingly since at the beginning of the 1980's. In these more than 20 years, they have become the very big one kind of movie and television culture phenomenon in Contemporary China. However, many of the problems also have been noticing in the practice at the same time. An important reason which deviates from the norm in the practice of the legal film and television play is the lack of theoretical evidence.This paper utilizes the social performance study to shape into the real life of a legal staff and phantom the situation to carry on the analysis, it attempts to connect the"chain link"of originally the existence which is separated by the traditional performance idea of performs between the reality and the phantom, to embark the analysis of the culture phenomenon of legal television play in two kind of different social performance--from the real life and the phantom situation.In the concrete elaboration, this article firstly introduced the legal staff's social performance in the real life and in the acting situation, and analyzed each link of transforming of these two social performance; Then made the discussion of the contradictory between the real life and the phantom situation, it carried on the analysis of the general difference totwo kind of performance modality and the difference of"the ideal model ", pointed out the contradiction of two kind of social performance modality is reflected directly in the relations of lifelike and hypothesized acting in the phantom situation.Through debates of the dispute of "the hard wound" in the legal television play, the author proposed not to only use "the authenticity" to evaluate legal television play which belongs to a very special drama culture. Because audiences' esthetic psychology is always not be the same, not only has the demand of "the authenticity", but also has a more complex diverse esthetic demand. Based on the analysis of the "the haiyan model" writers, this paper discussed how to maintain the reasonable distance from two kinds of social performance modalities, to propose a positive interaction relation.At analyzes at the legal on-the-spot record play, this paper point out legal on-the-spot record play itself and other legal teleplay not only has equally the tense plot, winding narrates, the bright character, but also some one kind of special phantom performance way --police acting the police. This article summarized the characteristic of social performance of police acting police in phantom situation through the interview of WU HEPING, who is the first chief of Police Department who acting as leading role in Chinese legal on-the-spot record play; and observed the concrete legal on-the-spot record works.This paper has made the induction of the common performance scenes in legal teleplay.They are the court scene, the investigating and detecting scene, seizing scene, and administering the criminals (crime suspects) scene and daily life scene and so on.Finally, this paper proposed that the legal teleplays should be managed in practical and feasible classified ways. To establish the reasonable classified legal theme teleplay management is advantageous to the legal teleplays development, also to the legal teleplays administration itself for a further consummation. According to the real life and the phantom situation of legal staff, this paper divides the legal teleplays into three types, proposed to have the different standard and the request in different ones but not just a one kind of criterion of all types legal teleplays.
