This thesis is aiming at the commercialization of the movies of the fifth and sixth generations to start illustration. The illustration will be divided into three parts: the language situation of the current era in transmission; different strategies to illustrate sense of commerce as well as the changes of aesthetic styles resulted from them; and the strategy of dissipation of culture of the movie texts as well as the strategy of commercialization.The first part is an overview to the language situation of the current era of the commercialized creation of the movies of the fifth and sixth generations. In detail, it includes the unrest and adjustment of the mainstream system, the mighty situation of the market, and the penetration of social and cultural factors in all aspects. In this part, it is illustrated that the reform of movie production management on the level of national policy, as well as the introduction of foreign movies and the reform of examination system to the foreign movies, is indicating the return of an practical idea of movies. On the premise of abiding by correct direction in public opinion, the environment of creation of movies has become more relaxed. However, it should not be ignored that under the impact of new electronic media including TV, video tapes and network, the proportion that the movies occupy in the market is dropping sharply. The private and foreign funds have joined in the movie industry timely, and prevented the trend of sharp declination of Chinese movies, thoroughly changed the old situation of state-run movie enterprises' reigning, brought fresh blood to movie industry in reform, and greatly promoted the commercialization of Chinese movies. Meanwhile, the diversified language situation combining globalization, post-modernism and post-colonialism, and the trend of popularization that China is facing, has also accelerated the commercialization of the movie producers' creation.The second part will analyze the different strategies adopted by commercialized creation of movies of the fifth and sixth generations to illustrate the sense of commerce, and the changes in aesthetic styles resulted from them.
