A·Bandura, the United States psychologist, put forward the concept of self-efficacy in1977.A relatively mature theoretical framework was formed about the oretical research andempirical research since 30 years. Researchers'focus was extended from self-efficacy tocollective efficacy, and related research was carried out in recent years. But based on theexisting research literature on the efficacy, structure problem has been the argued focus ofresearchers, .And the relation on self-efficacy and collective efficacy has not obtained theclear conclusion. Therefore, exploring self-efficacy and collective efficacy relationship havevery important theory and practice value. Based on the problems, the research around thefollowing part undertook the system studies。At first this research has carried on the detailed analysis on the current situation about theefficacy theoretical and empirical research at home and abroad. Firstly the efficacy ofpsychological theories -- social cognitive theory was introduced, then self-efficacy andcollective efficacy concept, origin, function mechanism, measurement and the relationbetween the two conducted were reviewed in detail. Again on self-efficacy related research inthe field of summary analysis basis, especially for military and education in the field of studyon self-efficacy were introduced, these literature reviews not only provides the domestic andforeign scholars on the research of the status quo, also for later studies available in theliterature with respect to the preparation and technical basis.The second part of this study is to bring forward the question and hypothesis. In the firstpart, on the basis of the research, put forward the purpose of this study ,that is, drafts fromtwo groups of self-efficacy, study the structure, verify the efficacy beliefs have occupationparticularity and stability across occupation.The third part of the study is the part of empirical study. In this part, mainly comprisetwo groups of four efficacy status of the five research reports.The first study using existing survey basic army troops of general self-efficacy,occupation self-efficacy, collective efficacy and general occupation collective efficacy anddemographic variables relationship. Research results validate the hypothesis, base theirself-efficacy and collective efficacy on the basis of different demographic variables showed different characteristics. Moreover, general self-efficacy and occupation self-efficacy amongboth covariant trend, also have their own characteristics.A second study and the first study the same subjects and research methods, study thebasic army troops of general self-efficacy, occupation self-efficacy, collective efficacy andgeneral occupation collective efficacy and occupation variables associated with therelationship. The results of this study also verified prior assumptions, base their self-efficacyand job satisfaction, turnover intention, occupation burnout and job performance havesignificant correlation, further regression analysis to verify their change trend between. Here,general self-efficacy and occupation self-efficacy, self-efficacy and collective efficacy have acommon mechanism; only in individual factors to predict the extent of different.A third study was about the university teacher occupation collective efficacy tool for thepreparation of. Due to the lack of suitable measurement tools, therefore according to therelated theory, in reference to foreign questionnaire related cases, this study is worked out tocollege teachers' occupation collective efficacy questionnaire. The questionnaire items of itemanalysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity testresults show that the study of the university teacher occupation collective efficacyquestionnaire with good psychometric features, suitable for future related research.Fourth Research was on College Teachers' sense of general self-efficacy, occupationself-efficacy, collective efficacy and general occupation collective efficacy and demographicvariables relationship. The results also verify the hypothesis, college teachers' self-efficacyand collective efficacy on the basis of different demographic variables showed differentcharacteristics. Moreover, self-efficacy, collective efficacy, between general self-efficacy andoccupation self-efficacy among both covariant trend, also have their own characteristics.Fifth Research on College Teachers' sense of general self-efficacy, occupationself-efficacy, collective efficacy and general occupation collective efficacy and occupationrelated variable relationships were studied, the results of this study also found the basic armytroops with persons of the same characteristics, namely the University Teachers' self-efficacyand collective efficacy perception and job satisfaction, turnover intention, occupation burnoutand job performance have significant correlation, further regression analysis andconsideration of their change trend between. Here, general self-efficacy and occupation self-efficacy, self-efficacy and collective efficacy have a common mechanism; only inindividual factors to predict the extent of different.Based on five studies are summarized analysis, we found that there are two kinds ofindividual self-efficacy: general self-efficacy and occupation self-efficacy; two collectiveefficacy: General collective efficacy and occupation collective efficacy; different types ofefficacy have a close relationship, with a similar trend, but in the individual factors ofdifference still exists, illustrate the efficacy is domain specificity, but, due to different groupsof dependence, self-efficacy also exhibit different characteristics.In different groups, self-efficacy and demographic variables showed similarcharacteristics, but also has its specific characteristics, such as for teachers, title onself-efficacy influence is very important, but not in the military groups showed the samecharacteristics. This was verified by Bandura for efficacy beliefs have their domain specificconclusions.Similarly, in the sense of self-efficacy of antecedents and outcome variables investigated,also found a similar changing characteristics. Self-efficacy, collective efficacy and personality,occupation pressure, job satisfaction, turnover intention, occupation burnout is closely relatedto other factors. Collective efficacy and self efficacy on the personality and work attitude andjob performance have a regulatory role relations, in two groups have the same effect, but theeffect of the different degrees of. In the military community, collective efficacy predictedstronger.The study of the last part is a general discussion and summary ,mainly on researchmethods, the conclusion of this study, as well as the innovation and limitation weresummarized to discuss, offerred the tentative plan of further research.
