And then the market price for medical services provides a basis for regulation.Combining with the characteristics of the market of China's medical services, in accordance with regulations of the basic principles of economics, the relaxation of Regulation we inspire a combination of regulatory point of view, take advantages of different regulatory system under the conditions of the actual statistics. And using linear programming method of financial investment in different conditions for Regulation of health care services efficiency we design efficient model of government regulation.We give an empirical model to reveal the supplier-induced demand fact in the medical service market, on the basis of the statistics set up a regression formula to research the existence of supplier-induced demand and finally propose the feasible ways that the government can follow.
