| The study includes four parts:the first part is modern medical literature reviews, the second part is TCM literature reviews, the third part is a summary of Professor Chen Shuchang's experience and hypothesis about the mechanism and the therapeutic principle of gangrene and the fourth part is the study about relaty between DF and ASO.In the first part, the author reviewed the concept of DF and ASO, at the same time,reviewed the diagnostic and therapeutic studies of the later 10 years of west medicine on it.In the second part, the author explored the derivation of ancient attitudes towards the mechanism and treatments of gangrene.In the third part, the author discussed professor's idea about the cause and the pathogenesis of the disease, the distinct Chen experience on the disease.In the fourth part,282 cases were enrolled in the trial (DF100,DF& ASO102, ASO80).The study indicated:1,There was highly significant difference on the ET of the lower limbs pathological among DF, DF&ASO and ASO.The first is DF, the next is DF&ASO and the last is ASO; 2,To those who coincidence with CVD and chronicity nephropathy,no matter combined ASO or not, DF at the top of ASO for ever; 3,In all the 282 cases, pulse less account 64.5%, intermittent claudication account 58.4%, vasculopathy account tremendous proportion whether combined with the DF; 4,There is obvious difference in the diabetes group on GLU,HGB,LDL-CH,APO-al,FIB, especially the GLU; 5,As to sclerotin demolish, the DF group is the most significant one in the three groups; 6.
