Objective:The study was undertaken to investigate the effect of plyometric training on morphosis,power,serum CK,IGF-1,IL-6 and the expression IGF-1,RYR1 of skeletal muscle,to discuss the influence of plyometric exercise on the structure and function of skeletal muscle.Methods:Randomly select 36 students from Physical Education Department of Shaoyang University,and randomly grouping four groups,nine per group, and all groups are comparable in principal baseline data.PCMJ group (countermovement jump group),PDJ group(drop jump group),SE group (simple eccentric group),SC group(simple concentric group) trained in different exercises,and we observed the changes of weight,waistline, thighline,legline,the ultra structure of quadriceps femoris,maximum strength of extremitas inferior,vertical jump height,broad jump performance,knee relative peak torque,the serum CK,IGF-1,IL-6,the skeletal muscle IGF-1 and RYR1 mRNA expression after training 14 weeks.Results:(1) The weight and thigh-line of all subjects increased in different degree after training,especially in SC group,but there is no significance compared to pre-training(P>0.05);but the waistline and leg-line decreased significantly(P<0.01),especially in PDJ group and PCMJ group.(2) The ultrastructure of quadriceps femoris in PDJ group and PCMJ group show that light band and dark band line up in good order, endocytoplasmic reticulum become prosperous,mitochondrial bulk and density increase.(3) All groups improved in maximum strength of extremitas inferior,vertical jump height,broad jump performance,knee relative peak torque significance(P<0.05) after training 14 weeks, especially in PCMJ group and PDJ group(P<0.01).(4) All groups serum CK,IGF-1 and IL-6 increased significantly 0 min after the first exercise and 0 min after the last exercise(P<0.01).It is marked different of serum IGF-1 and IL-6 between the pre-exercise and 24 hours after the last exercise(P<0.01),and it is marked different in interclass ANOVA (F=35.66,P<0.01),the most obviously changes are observed in PDJ group, another in PCMJ group.(5)The IGF-1 and RyRl gene fragment was amplification successfully in PDJ group,and then in PCMJ group,and the next one in SE group,the amplification of destination gene dosage in SC group is the minimum.Conclusion:14 weeks' plyometric training can influence the morphous and ultra-structure of skeletal muscle,improved the extremitas inferior power,influence the serum CK,IGF-1,and IL-6,amplification the expression of IGF-1 mRNA and IL-6 mRNA of skeletal muscle,and the effect will be distinction in different plyometric exercise.
