1 objective:ischemic cerebrovascular disease is common ailment and requently encountered disease in aged people,hazardous mankind Severity in mankind.The purpose of our study is to to discuss the mechanism of delayed neuronal death after cerebral ischemia reperfusion,and to debate the pharmacodynamic action of Aps.2 method:2.1 we Consulted many medical literatures from HuangtiNeijing to stroke books in republic. to discuss the standpoints of etiopathogenesis in past dynasties,and to summarized the method of Medication of past dynasties doctor.And to analyzed medical data base from 1997-2006,to analyzed the method of Medication in treatting stroke.2.2 we deployed conduplicatio ambi-CCA occlusion,to resulted DND animal model.and to supplyed Aps,use HE and in situ DNA end-labelling method to observe pathology change.2.3 To deploy Oligo gene array,to bolting the related genes in DND,and to analyze the related genes after treat of APS.to definite effectting genes of APS.2.4 Deployed RT-PCR and RIA method,to observed the expression of GLUT2,CYP450 and FGF21 genes in hippocampus after gave Aps,to interpret the mechanism of pharmacodynamics of Aps.And deployed IH,to observed the expression of nestin protein,to exploer the effect of reconstitution of neuton in adult rat.3 Resalt:3.1 we checkout the rule,treating stroke,from deaphoreses felieving superficies to promoting blood flow,stopping endogenous wind,dessepate phlegm,reinforce empty,traditional medicine experienced many research and consummate,APS had to become the lot medicion of treating stroke.3.2 After infarction reperfusion 4thday,hippocampal pyramidal cell occurrenc extensive cell death,manifest is the CA1,in circa place of dead cell and CA2,CA3,dentate band wo can found apoptosis cell.The damages of treating group of Aps is less than model group.3.3 we bolted the spectra of genetic expression,and to descover that there are 16 genes expressed exceed double,down regulation are Slc2a13,Mx1,S100a9,gis5,Cyp450,Ifi27,Sema6c,Ltb4r,up regulation are Hbb,Homer1,Enpp2,Igfbp2,Cort,Folr1,Kl,Ttr.The defferential expression gene aftr APS treatment are Slc2a13,Cyp21,Ifi271,Admr,Hipk3,S100a9,irp94,Fgf21,Akap5.3.4 After Aps treatment,the expression of GLUT2mRNA and the protein level of FGF21 are increased,and the expression of CYP450 is decreased in hippocampus.And the expression of nestin protein is increased.4 conclusion:In the DND of hippocampus aftr cerebral ischemia reperfusion,the tissue of hippocampus occupied in hypometabolism,the genes of inflammatory cytokine,calcium homeostasis and free radical are down regulated.The genes of oxymetabolism,anti aminoglutaminic acid,rivalry free radical,abaissement apoptosis and antiapolexis are up regulated.Excitatory amino acids,calcium overload,free radical and apoptosis paticipated DND.Aps to adjust the glycometabolism in hippocampus and anti free radical,to lessen the delayd neuronal death.
