Rf Capsule Anti-hepatic Fibrosis And Mechanistic Studies

Basing on the theory of TCM and current achievements of Modern Medicine, combining the characteristics of the drug, this study investigate RF Capsule's main effects of contradicting hepatic fibrosis through following experiments such as chronic hepatic fibrosis in rats induced by carbon tetrar-chloride compounded other factors and DMN, chronic hepatic fibrosis induced in mice by carbontetrachloride, acute liver inury in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride and immunolo-gial liver injury in mice by lipopolysaccharide and bac-ilicalmette guerin and low immune function experiments in mice.At the same time, on the basis of chronic hepatic fibrosis in rats induced by carbon tetrachloride compounded other f-actors,by means of modern technology such as EISA and RIA, we systematically investigate the mechanism of contradicting hepatic fibrosis of RF Capsule from different angels and deepness.The experiments show that RF Capsule has obvious effects of contradicting hepatic fibrosis in rats and mice by various factors.The effects are mostly reflected on the following points:1.
