During spaceflight environment there are a series of pathologicaland physiological changes in the body called spaceflight physiologicaladaptive response.It is an important question that spaceflightmedicine faces.This disease is due to weightlessness,noise,irradi-ation,psychic factors and so on.Now the researches on spaceflightphysiological adaptive response are being carried under the conditionof one factor,localized on one physiological system or one kind ofcell.Some physical and medical measurments are used by modern medicineonly to one system,and they are of shortcomings as uncertain effectand side effect.There is not so much involving animal model simulationspaceflight applyed multiple facotrs and the observation of thealteration in several systems.To take the advantage of thecharacteristics of Chinese medicine formula,such as multi-components-coexistence,multi-target,multi-pathway,it is possible to find avail-able Chinese formula to adjust spaceflight physiological adaptiveresponse according to Chinese medicine theory of determination oftreatment based on differentiation of syndromes. This topic adopts the international acknowledged weighlessness andirradiation simulation animal models,known pathological and physiolo-gical changes and the disease cause and pathogenesis in Chinesemedicine about spaceflight physiological adaptive response.Chinesefomula Taikong Xieli decoction chosen bases on differentiation ofsyndromes to spaceflight physiological adaptive response.On the basisof exploring the immune and neuroendocrine alterations of the animalswith weightlessness and irradiation simulation , the effects andpossible mechanisms of Taikong Xieli decoction preventing spaceflightphysiological adaptive response are discussed from the aspect ofnervous-endocrine-immune network. This dissertation contains the documents research and experi-ment.The effects of Chinese herbs and the cognition of Chinese medicineon the spaceflight physiological adaptive response,the function ofnervous-endocrine-immune network and the changes of immune andneuroendocrine during spaceflight environment are summarized in thedocument part.The immune alteration,nervous-endocrine-immune networkcondition,the relationship between the network and the bone loss ofanimals with weightlessness and irradiation simulation and theregulatory effects of Taikong Xieli decoction in respect of nervous-endocrine-immune network are discussed in the experimental part.Experiment 1:The alteration of immune system in rats simulatedweightlessness and irradiation and the effects of Taikong Xielidecoction on itMethods:rats were assigned to four groups randomly:control(C),tailsuspended(S),tail suspended adding irradiated (SAI) and herb (TKXLD),groups,30 rats every group. Rats in S,SAI and TKXLD groups weresubjected to tail suspended to simulate weightlessness and those inSAI and TKXLD groups were irradiated with 60Co-gamma rays on day 8 oftail suspended. Rats of TKXLD groups were orally administrated withTaikong Xieli decoction(7g/kg/d) and other groups with equivalentsaline.Splenic lymphocyte proliferation reaction,phagocytic functionof peritoneal macrophages,IL-2 production by splenic lymphocyte andIL-1 and IL-6 production by peritoneal macrophages were measured inrats at different time points(namely 11days,16 days and 21 days oftail suspended).Meanwhile thymocyte cell apoptosis in rats of C,S,SAI and TKXLD groups are measured on 16 days of tail suspended.Results:Compared with the C group,the splenic lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2production is decreased,the phagocytic function of peritoneal macro-phages and IL-1 production is increased in S and SAI groups at threedifferent points.Compared with the C group,IL-6 production byperitoneal macrophages is enhanced in S and SAI groups on day 16 andday 21. Compared with the C group,the rate of thymocyte cell apoptosisis enhanced in S and SAI groups on day 16. Compared with the S group,the splenic lymphocyte proliferation is declined in SAI group on day11. Compared with the S group,IL-6 production by peritoneal macrophagesis...
