Kidney Circulation Treatment Of Endometriosis Infertility

Objective To evaluate whether decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation has an effect on treating endometriosis associated infertility or not. If it has, conclude the mechanism of it. Method Measure and compare the pregnancy function (survival embryo rate, implantation rate, number of corpus luteum, dead embryo rate);macrophage phagocyte function(peritoneal macrophage phagocyte cock-RBC rate and index ); ectopic endometrium outlooks, local adhesional condition; histopathology and apoptosis of ectopc endometrium (TDT-mediated dUTP biotin nick ending labeling, TUNEL) on the surgical induced rodent model after different interventions (high and low dose Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling on the model; Danazol on the model; model 3control; surgical control ).Ingredients of Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling: Fructus Psoraleae 30g; 1-Ierba Epimedii 30g; Radix Dispaci 20g; Herba Leonuri,30g; Semen Persicae I 5g; Rhizoma Sparganii 20g; Hirudo 3g; Fructus Aurantii 20g.Statistical analysisanalysis of variance was used to evaluate differences of ectopic endometriosis (pertbrmed with SPSS), and T test was used to evaluate other differences.Result Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling has such function as: ovulation induction (number of corpus luteum was significantly elevate by the high dose Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling compared with surgical controls P<0.05, and P<0.01 when compared with others); the high dose Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling can promote survival embryo rate significiantly as compared with others, P<0.05);both high and low dose Dccoction of tonifying kidncy and promoting blood circling can promote implantation rate as compared with model control, P<0.01,and P<0.05 as compared with danazol control, the high dose decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling can decrease the phagocyte rate , P<0.05; both high and low dose Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling can decrease the phagoeyte index,P<0.01 and P<0.05 respectively; high dose Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling apcpiosis of ectopic endometrium as Danazol , P<0.01 when compatred with others. Additionally, Decoction of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circling can reduce adhesion, but have not the statistical difference. Conclusions Decoction of tonishing kidney and promoting blood circling has singnificient effect on the fecundity of surgical induced rodent endometriosis model. The mechanism may be based on procedings as: ovulation induction (by improving the hypothalamic -pituitary -ovarian axis , and local immunological ,blood circle and metabolism micro-environment of ovary , and then induce the ovulation); improvingperitoneal and ectopic endometrial blood circle and immunological environment, to induce it to be mature and then apoptosis ;iturnunodulation; prevent of adhesion; improving the endometrium environment , et aI.
