Objective:Theoretically, to study the rationality of Pathogenesis of left Hemiplegic stroke caused by blood and right caused by Qi can provide a theory basis for TCM treatment targeting the disease and syndrome occurs in either side of the body.Methods:By combining methods of using theories, clinical and experimental researches, this thesis discusses the pathogenesis of Pathogenesis of left Hemiplegic stroke caused by blood and right caused by Qi.The specifics include:â‘ theoretically, by organizing the ancient documents, this thesis discusses the pathogenesis of Pathogenesis of left Hemiplegic stroke caused by blood and right caused by Qi in order to provide instructions for clinical practice.â‘¡in clinical research, we select the hemiplegic stroke patients as research objects, collect the clinical data of the four diagnostic differentiation, use statistical methods to process the characters of syndromes, analyze the relationships among the patient's symptoms frequency, syndrome integral, different members of the index and paralyzed limbs.â‘¢The experimental research methods adopt linear bolt to copy the ischemia of model rats and then adopt Tao Hong Four Elements Decoction and Six-Gentlemen Decoction with extra as the treatment;later we test the biochemical indicators of VEGF, SOD, MDA,GSH - Px and NO of the model rats and then check the model rats'nuclei density to determine the effects of medicine on the new vessels and the peroxide damage of free radicals.Results:â‘ the research results show that theoretically Pathogenesis of left Hemiplegic stroke caused by blood and right caused by Qi has certain rationality and this theory has been widely used in clinical practice. The hemiplegic stroke on the left side of the body mainly has been caused by blood deficiency or blood stasis. The relevant treatment is to enrich the blood or to remove the blood stasis;the right side stroke mainly has been caused by Qi deficiency, Qi stagnation or turbid phlegm and the treatment is to enrich Qi, smooth Qi or to reduce the phlegm.â‘¡The clinical observations find:left paralyzed patients are mainly caused by blood deficiency or blood stasis;the right paralyzed patients are mainly caused by Qi deficiency or phlegm turbidity block. Through the integral statistic study on deficiency syndrome, blood deficiency syndrome, blood stasis, sputum turbidity block, we find that the study has a statistical significance of comparing the paralyzed patients of both sides. The relationship between the bilateral auxiliary temperatures with the paralyzed side body has not yet been found obviously.â‘¢Experimental studies find that:Tao Hong four elements Decoction can reduce the brain damage on neural function of the left paralyzed rats and fix the brain damage pathology, VEGF content, MVD density, and also increase the activity of SOD and GSH - Px, reduce the content of MAO and NO. On the other hand, Six Gentlemen Decoction has obvious influence on the right-side-paralyzed rats on the above indexes.Conclusions:Based on the research mentioned above, we believe that the theory of left Hemiplegic stroke caused by blood and right caused by Qi has a rational existence. On the premise of the syndrome differentiation and treatment in conjunction with pathogenesis, this theory can improve clinical curative effect with certain directive significance.
