Clinical Epidemiological Study On The Type Of Symptom Of Chinese Traditional Medicine Of Coronary Heart Disease Of Three Kinds Of Race

Objective:To study the types of symptoms and main points of types of symptoms of Chinese traditional medicine of coronary heart disease of three kinds of race and the difference of tongue presentations of coronary heart disease of three kinds of raceMethods:Clinical epidemiological study on the symptoms of chinese traditional medicine of 1260 coronary heart disease patients of melanian, the white race and the yellow race from United Nations staffs and volunteers coming from every country and locals at Sudan and China.The obtained documents were analyzed by cluster analysis, principal component analysis, Logistic regression analysis and X2 test.Results:1.The symptoms of chinese traditional medicine of coronary heart disease patients of melanian were divided into five types,including heart blood stasis, stagnation of Qi causing phlegm retention, insufficiency of Heart-Yin, insufficiency of the Heart-Qi, insufficiency of Heart-Yang.That of the white race were divided into six types including insufficiency of Heart-Yang, heart blood stasis, Qi stagnation in Heart-Vessel, insufficiency of the Heart-Qi, insufficiency of Heart-Yin, phlegm retention in Heart-Vessel.That of the yellow race were divided into seven types including insufficiency of the Heart-Qi, insufficiency of Heart-Yang, insufficiency of Heart-Yin, heart blood stasis, phlegm retention in Heart-Vessel,cold coagulate in Heart-Vesse, Qi stagnation in Heart-Vessel.2. To extract objectively and standardly cardinal symptom and main points of each type of symptoms of Chinese traditional medicine of coronary heart disease of three kinds of race. detailed contents were described in Setion Two.3.Tongue presentations having highest frequency ratio of each race were different. Fequency of three kinds of tongue presentations of coronary heart disease of melanian were extremely significant exceed than that of the white and yellow race. Frequency of one kind of tongue presentations of melanian was not so many as than that of the white and yellow race extremely significant. Frequency of one kind of tongue presentations of coronary heart disease of the white race was not so many as than that of the yellow race extremely significant. Frequency of other kinds of tongue presentations of the white race were no significant deviation.Conclusion:1. Analyzed and sum up symptoms differentiation typing of coronary heart disease of three kinds of race.Initialy set up distribution of types of symptoms of coronary heart disease of three kinds of race.2.tongue presentations of coronary heart disease of melanian were significant deviation than that of the white and yellow race, that of the white race were no significant deviation than the yellow race.
