| ObjectiveBased on 116 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with tongue (including tongue color and tongue coating) observation, analysis and comparing with the results of coronary CTA, tongue color and tongue coating treatment in patients with coronary heart disease with many different row spiral CT coronary artery imaging, find out the different coronary artery lesion characteristics of tongue color and tongue coating, discusses its guiding significance of coronary heart disease (CHD) combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment, clinical better service.MethodsChoose 116 cases of coronary heart disease patients 64 row helical CT coronary CTA imaging,64 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) row spiral CT coronary artery imaging results CTA imaging with TCM tongue (including tongue color and tongue coating) and the correlation between the analysis, respectively from the angles of tongue color and tongue coating studies the characteristics of coronary artery lesions. SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to statistical analysis, measurement data results to (x+s) said, using t test is compared between group; Count data results expressed in rate (%), comparison between groups using t test, with P< 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.ResultThe results are as follows:Tongue color rate from high for elderly patients with coronary heart disease:dark red tongue> The red tongue> Reddish tongue> Light white tongue> purple tongue> Crimson tongue, as a whole is given priority to with dark red tongue, red tongue and reddish tongue, respectively is:the proportion of 34.5%, 25.9%, 20.0%; Young patients with tongue color is given priority to with pale red tongue, accounts for 29.1%, in the elderly group is given priority to with dark red tongue, accounts for 40.2%. Tongue coating rate from high for elderly patients with coronary heart disease:a thin white moss> yellow greasy moss> moss little or no moss> white and greasy moss, the highest proportion of thin white moss, Young patients with tongue coating is given priority to with white greasy moss, accounts for 41.6%, n the elderly group is given priority to with thin white moss, accounts for 40.2%, followed by moss little or no moss and yellow greasy moss, a proportion of 27.1%, 22.8% respectively. Young patients with coronary heart disease coronary count with the highest incidence of single lesion, proportion is 54.2%, multi-vessel disease incidence is low, only 16.7%; Elderly group coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with coronary count with mult-ivessel disease incidence is highest, the proportion is:40.2%; Young group coronary heart disease in patients with coronary artery stenosis degree is given priority to with mild stenosis, the proportion is:54.2%; Elderly group coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with coronary artery stenosis degree is given priority to with severe stenosis, the proportion is:38.0; Youth incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with coronary artery lesions from high for:Left anterior descending branch (LAD)> right coronary artery (RCA)> Left circumflex (LCX)> left main artery(L, M), Left anterior descending branch (LAD) incidence is:66.7%, higher than with the other groups; Elderly group incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with coronary artery lesions from high for: Left anterior descending branch (LAD)> right coronary artery (RCA) > Left circumflex (LCX)> left main artery (L, M), Left anterior descending branch (LAD) was much higher than other groups, the proportion is 80.4%; young and elderly group coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with coronary artery lesions Left anterior descending branch (LAD), the average proportion is:77.5%, on the basis of left main artery (L, M) disease rate is the lowest, the average proportion is:14.7%. Coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with dark red tongue cases coronary artery lesion count is given priority to with multi-vessel lesions, proportion is 55.0%, and the incidence of a disease is significantly higher than other two groups; red tongue and reddish tongue in patients with coronary artery lesion count is given priority to with single lesion, proportion, respectively,50.0%, 50.0%; red tongue and reddish tongue in patients with coronary artery lesion count change law basic same, the single disease rate> double branch lesions rate> multi-vessel disease rates; Coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with dark red tongue is given priority to with severe stenosis cases of coronary lesions, proportion is 52.5%, incidence of a disease is significantly higher than the red tongue and reddish tongue group; Red tongue in patients with coronary artery disease is given priority to with mild stenosis, incidence of a disease is significantly higher than dark red tongue and reddish tongue group; Color in the left main coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients with primary tongue rates are low, respectively,20.0%, 13.3%, 13.6%, the remaining paragraphs incidence were higher, dark red tongue in left anterior descending branch (LAD), the highest is 92.5%; Red tongue and reddish tongue in left anterior descending branch (LAD) rates are relatively high, respectively,70.0%, 63.6%; Higher incidence of right coronary artery (RCA), red tongue was 93.3%. Coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with thin white moss and greasy moss count cases of coronary lesions is given priority to with single lesion, proportion respectively:47.7% and 52.6%; Moss little or no moss coronary artery lesions in patients with count is given priority to with multivessel lesions, the proportion is:57.1; Yellow greasy moss in patients with coronary artery lesion count characteristic is not obvious; Coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with thin white moss and greasy moss is given priority to with mild stenosis cases of coronary lesions, proportion, respectively,47.7%, 57.9%; Patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), yellow greasy moss and moss little or no moss is given priority to with severe stenosis cases of coronary lesions, proportion respectively:44.0%, 53.6%; Patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), yellow greasy moss relatively high prevalence of left main artery (L, M), as follows: 28.0%, the rest of the incidence of various tongue coating is low; Various coating on the tongue in left anterior descending branch (LAD) lesions were higher, with white greasy moss highest rates, ratio of:89.5, the ratio of each model of Left circumflex (LCX) lesions.Conclusion1. In most patients with dark red tongue in patients with coronary heart disease; Dark red tongue with multi-vessel lesions is given priority to, and red tongue and reddish tongue is given priority to with single lesion; Give priority to with severe stenosis dark red tongue, red tongue is given priority to with mild stenosis; Dark red tongue, red tongue and reddish tongue patients with left anterior descending branch (LAD) lesions were significantly higher, red tongue the right coronary artery (RCA) significantly higher than the other two groups;2 In most patients with thin white fur in patients with coronary heart disease;.patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) is given priority to with thin white moss, thin white moss and greasy moss coronary lesions characterized by pathological changes is given priority to with single lesion, mild stenosis arteries is given priority to; Yellow greasy moss coronary artery lesion characteristics based on single and double branch lesions. severe stenosis arteries is given priority to; moss little or no moss characteristics of coronary artery lesions in patients with predominantly multivessel lesions, severe stenosis arteries;... |
