| Today, with rapidly developping of China's economy, the construction amountreaches an unprecedented scale. In this period, there appear a lot of "ephemeral"buildings, even some of them are "constructive destruction". The main causes of thesephenomenons lie in the decision-fault and the non-rational project's briefs. In order toavoid these drawbacks, one of the effective measures is to employ the architecturalprogramming. The Chinese architectural programming study is based on theintroduction of foreign architectural programming theories and methods. Although itdevelops a lot in colleges and universities, but not only the number of the real practicesis very little, but also they are always restricted to some definite types and projects. Inorder to cope with the situation of domestic construction and architectural programmingstudy, the most urgent thing is to find some special way suit for Chinese architecturalprogramming. Based on the systematic theory, this paper researches on the subject ofarchitecture programming with the method of space prediction, space evaluation andsystemic conceived space model. Thus it endeavors to establish a scientific, practicalChinese architecture programming theory and application method in space conceiving.As the major aim of architectural programming is to complete the project's brief,and the major part of the brief is the description of conceived space, it can be assumedthat the conceived space, which is the object of space conceiving, is one of the mostimportant parts of architectural programming. At theoretical level, by summarizingdomestic and foreign architectural programming's theories and methods, this articlebrings forward one basic theoretical model of the conceived space, which contains theessential functional elements for the intended goals and the additional elements for theuniqueness of the project; Function, form, economy and time are the projecting imagesof the model in different axial directions; According to systematic thinking, thesystematic model makes up of system components, structures and environment; Themethods of space prediction and space evaluation can translate the project's goals intoarchitectural language. At application level, this paper introduces the methods of spaceprediction and space evaluation in detail. By decomposing and confirming theconceived space system into component, structure and environment, it clarifies the requirements of conceived space model. By composing and relating the subsystem offunction, form, economy and time, it constructs the whole systematic conceived spacemodel and completes the space list of the brief. In the end this article illustrateslimitations and considerations of the topic for further research.The goals of this paper are as follows: improving the architectural programmingtheories; establishing some rational stylized architecture programming methods; andthrough standard operating procedures, making the project's brief more logic, rational,and easier to implement. |
