| The 20th century was the century that mankind had been advancing rapidly. The trend that the acceleration increases progressively has appeared in human development: the invention of nuclear weapons makes the mankind possess the ability of destroying ours own home -the earth for the first time; having mounted the moon, let the mankind feel that universe is vast; the global link of Internet makes the whole earth turn into a small village. But sharp increase of population and development at full speed of industry results in the 20th century becomes the one that environmental problems have been produced for the first time in the history of mankind. The mankind finds that his own behaviors begins to counteract on himself, The global environmental crisis begins to appear and makes more and more persons review the gain and loss of all sorts of one's own activities. As one of the great achievements of this kind of introspection, the mankind has reached common understanding in developing the way, namely, we must take the road to the sustainable development. The sign formed as this kind of common understanding is the forming of the sustainable development thought, and is being paid more and more attention to by the countries all over the world.This dissertation, from an angle of philosophy, gives a study on sustainable development. Based on the thinking principle of combining together from logic and history, the dissertation firstly combs and analyzes basic conception of sustainable development, such as the subject object of sustainable development and the relationship between them. It proposes that sustainable development will reach a harmonious, overall, fair development during the procedure of an interaction between subject and object and their common evolution. And the dissertation points out that the sustainable development is a kind of new mode of thinking, values and life-style. Furthermore, it analyses what kind of mode of thinking sustainable development needs and thus what kind of values are formed. Finally, getting back to reality, the dissertation analyses the sustainable development strategy overview of our country.Chapter One mainly discusses the concept of sustainable development. Proceeding with development, it puts development, intension of developing phase in order, and points out that sustainable development is the only way of the human development. Bruntland said: "Sustainable development is not only a development to meet demands of contemporary people, but also a development that won't endanger later generation people's ability of meeting their demands." The concept announces harmonious, fair, just principle, and demands sustainable economic development, sustainable ecological development and sustainable social development. During the process of realizing sustainable development, we will meet a lot of obstacles, including the political andeconomic factor mainly, among them the political factor is the core,the economicfactor is a key.Chapter Two mainly probes into the subject of sustainable development. Subject, which is characteristic of capable and self- organized, is the chief factor in epistemic and practical activity. It has the decisive function of combining all recognizing elements and enabling them realized in the course of epistemic and practical activity. Marx thinks that there are three major forms in the subject: reliance of people is the initial social form, man' s independent character based on dependence of the thing and freedom development in an all-round way of individual character of people. In fact, it tells us that after subject undergoing wakening , independence , alienation , liberation , the world view of the subject expands and moves towards sense of hearing world from one's own visional world, moves towards unknown world from known world, moves towards universal world from macrocosmic , microcosmic world.
