The Research Of Coordinated Development Of Chinese Agricultural Informatization And Agricultural Modernization

The object of the research is coordinated development of Chinese agricultural informatization and agricultural modernization. Based on the definition and demarcation of the coordination of agricultural informatization and agricultural modernization, the research comparatively analyzes international practices and Chinese features and discusses the mechanism of coordinated development. Besides, the research applies quantitative analysis to measure and analyze the degree of coordinated development temporally and spatially in order to explore the strategies of raising the coordination degree and coordinated development degree, as well as to explore ways to promote the coordinated development of agricultural informatization and agricultural modernization.The characteristics of the coordinated development of agricultural informatization and agricultural modernization refined in this research is innovative. Based on the comparative analysis of the generality and specialty of agricultural informatization and modernization in related countries, the research reveals the regularity of coordination of agricultural informatization and modernization in different countries. Based on the analysis of the respective features of Chinese agricultural modernization and informatization, the research analyzes the characteristics of their coordinated development. As to the nature of interlaced relationship, China is qualitatively different from early developed countries(such as Britain,the United States and France); as compared to late developed countries(such as Japan) and newly emerging developed countries(such as South Korea), the nature of interlaced relationship is the same of interlacing with different degrees; as compared to developing countries(such as India), the nature of interlaced relationship is the same that both have stronger interlacing features. As to the general features of coordinated development, there are special backgrounds and position; there are also mechanisms and schema features of organic unification of market and government, late-mover advantage, multiple subjects as well as the fusion of urbanization and internationalization; there are also features of different stages and regions.This research has practical reference value to the evaluation and messures of thecoordinated development of agricultural informatization and modernization. With the quantitative analysis method, this research builds models to analyze the degrees of coordination and coordinated development, which also evaluates and analyzes temporal and spatial coordinated development of China’s agricultural informatization and modernization,and analyzes the crux, problems and reasons of coordinated development in China’s agricultural informatization and modernization. At last, the research puts forward countermeasure to raise the coordinated degree and the coordinated development degree and to promote the coordinated development of the both.
