Study On The Social Capital In Management Philosophy

Social capital is the relational resources based on value consensus between the main entities, the introduction of which puts forward to the management new problems and new challenges. These problems and challenges directly point to the ultimate value of the management. Therefore, it is necessary to systematically study the issue of social capital from the perspective of management philosophy. This paper, starting from the basic stipulation of social capital, illustrates the essential characteristics e and operational rules of the social resources, and analyzes the value of social capital’s existence and operation to development of management. By reflecting the limitations of social capital and the trouble it brings to the development of management and human,this paper makes a deep study on how to rugulate the operation of social capital, to break through the inherent limitations of social capital, to construct the reasonable order of management world, and to promote people’s all-round development.First of all, this paper systematically clears the inherent regularity of social capital-----the connotation, properties and characteristics. On this basis, the external performance can be summarized as three forms--- "trust", "norms", "network", which have intrinsic relation. Secondly, this article started from two dimensions, management ethics and management democratization, to analyze the management value of social capital, it also discussed the social capital’s position in specifying, guiding and motivating people’s behavior. It promoted the formation of the management order, improved management democratization and participation. What’s more, this paper started from the essential characteristics and operation mechanism of social capital, put forward a theory dialectically that closed and unequal social capital’s existence and its running will have a negative effect on the fairness and development of management, and people’s development. Finally, aimed at the negative effects of social capital,t his paper put forward the specific path of governance, namely through expanded exchanges to increase the overall social capital, social capital operation of the social system to construction norms. The issue of social capital for the research at the level of management philosophy, in the theory, is advantageous for social capital research management philosophy to expand field of vision, enrich the content of research on management philosophy theory, and reveal the management philosophy of humanistic care; In the reality, it can help promote the development of management practices, and create a well-ordered environment for development.
