The traditional supply chain only emphasizes the logistics process that composed of resource acquisition、production and sales, did not consider the reverse logistics that composed of reuse and recycling of waste products, generally, with the increasing depletion of resources and the enhancement of people’s awareness to environmental protection, the closed-loop supply chain has gradually attracted the attention of scholars and industry. Closed-loop supply chain as a new mode of logistics, emphasizes recycling, resource utilization, transfer the opening process of the traditional positive direactional supply chain into a cycle of a complete closed-loop recycling. Research on closed-loop supply chain can not only promote the recycling utilization of resources, enhance the people’s awareness of environmental protection, but also increase the competitiveness of enterprise, it has important theory and practical significance to realize sustainable development.Based on the competition problem of forward supply chain, and considering the decision and coordination problem of closed-loop supply chain which involves backward logistics, we comprehensive review and analyze the optimization models and methods of closed-loop supply chain management at home and abroad, this dissertation mainly completes the following contents.This dissertation established a supply chain competition model based on bargain between the service suppliers and service integrators under demand uncertainty. According to the game between different supply chain structures(distri-buted structure, integrated structure, bargaining structure), we solved their equilibrium solutions. It shows that the bargaining power between service suppliers and service integrators has an important impact on the choice of channel structure. It also gives the corresponding structure evolution process and the scope of the equilibrium results through the comparison of the Nash equilibrium, this provides theory basis to the choice of service channel structure with uncertainty environment.At the background of supply chain versus supply chain, this dissertation established a vertical structure choice model of competitive multi-supply chains. By controlling the numbers of integrated and decentralized supply chains, we discuss the Nash equilibrium under hybrid scenario, and show that when the market share of each supply chain is less than the average market share, a appropriate competition is benefit to the increase of the supply chain profit, but with the strength of competition, the overall supply chain profits trend to decrease. Further, we compare the industry profits of competitive supply chains under three different scenario, and find the intensity of product competition will impact on the equilibrium structure of the supply chains when each of supply chains has the same market share. However, when the intensity of competition is fierce, the pure decentralized supply chains will be better than that pure integrated structure, the supply chain structure under hybrid scenario whether dominate depends on the numbers of integrated and decentralized supply chains.According to a closed-loop supply chain system composed of one manufacturer, one dominate retailer and third party firm, the decisions and coordination of closed-loop supply chain in retailer collection model and the third party collection model are discussed, respectively. The performance of closed-loop supply chain members and the whole closed-loop supply chain under different recycling channels are analyzed, moreover, the decision and coordination problem of closed-loop supply chain when the third party belongs to a non-profit organization are also discussed. It shows that in the closed-loop supply chain system with dominate retailer, the third party be responsible for recycling is a dominant strategy to retailer when the third party is a profitable organization; However, when the third party is a non-profit organization, the retailer be responsible for recycling is a dominant strategy to both manufacturer and whole closed-loop supply chain.According to a closed-loop supply chain system in hybrid recycling channels composed of one manufacturer and one retailer, both the manufacture and the retailer engaged in products taking-back in the consumer market. The result shows that the centrally coordinated decision always gets an advantage over the decentralized decision; in the decentralized decision, the market without a leader is better than the market dominated by retailer, the market dominated by retailer is better than the market dominated by manufacture; and the structure without a leader in not a stable structure, both the manufacturer and the retailer have an incentive to strive for leadership position.Based on the analysis of the status quo of furniture industry closed-loop supply chain the in china, and regard the world famous furniture retail Multi-National Corporation Y company as the research object, using the the method of empirical study researched recycling channels and pricing of closed-loop supply chain. By actual operation of the collection, analysis and data processing, the results verify the rationality and validity of our model.
