The paper analyses the status quo and the existing problems in the rubber industry and on the basis, makes evaluation on the internal environment, external dependency, rubber industry international competitiveness, industrial control and develop ability, and safety trend of the rubber industry in China. At the same time, based on the Shandong Province’s important role in the rubber industry development, the paper focuses on the empirical analysis of the rubber industry safety of Shandong Province, analyses the Shandong Province’s rubber industry present situation, facing problem, and provides countermeasures for future development.The paper mainly issues safety of the rubber industry in China, and combines the theoretical knowledge and industry demand in research.
