Chinese entered a new period of comprehensive deepening of reform and openingup, the Communist Party of Chinese a new generation of collective leadership putforward the great task to cultivate and promote the socialist core values and thedeepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and cultural power. In the face ofthe new situation and new historical task, how to carry out the problem of thestate-owned enterprise culture construction has become an important theoretical issueand practical problems.The thesis combines China characteristic socialism theory andthe practice of reform and opening up, especially in combination with a series ofproblems facing the new situation after Eighteen National Congress of the CPC andcontemporary state-owned enterprise culture construction, studied on thecontemporary problems of cultural construction of state-owned enterprises in China.This paper is divided into seven chapters, which are as follows:The first chapter: the connotation and the significance of culture in the stateowned enterprises. This chapter is the basis of the full text, first of all to combing theconcept of cultural construction of state-owned enterprises, and in the logic of thisconcept clear and defined, discuss the cultural construction of state-owned enterprisesto establish a conceptual category for the text after the platform. From the connotation, elements and attributesperspective, substantial further clarification of state-owned enterprise culture concept.The second chapter: the theoretical foundation of the state-owned enterpriseculture construction. The cultural construction of state-owned enterprises should havethe theory as a guide.
