The Digital City comes from Digital Earth, which is an inevitable trend of economic and social globalization. The core idea of Digital City is to handle city problems by digital method, and to make the most effective use of steering the information resources. The Digital City combines and applies the theory, technology and application from the system level, providing services for various fields in society more widely, deeply, effectively and economically. By the exchange, amalgamation and information mining, it will promote the harmony and fluency of human flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow, and implement the optimal configuration of various resources in space and rational utilization in time, which reduce the waste of resources and the redundancy of function. Consequently, the Digital City provides advanced technology for the regulation-control and supervision of the city.According to definition and connotation, the information fusion and resource sharing is the key to the implement of Digital City. Fluent data stream and optimized resource allocation is also the basic requirements of the digital city to carry out effectively. Presently, there are many different hardware and software platforms and different data models. Simultaneously, independent programs, closed information and few sharing led to duplication and waste the resource severely, which have greatly reduced efficiency. In summary, to solve the data integration and resource sharing is imminent.In this paper, we analysis and discuss the concept of digital cities at closer range. Combined with the building of city informatization, we did the study on the architecture of digital city, the data and resources characteristics under the environments in depth. Moreover, the concept of ontology and metadata was introduced to describe the data model and integration; the application-oriented model was researched to design the data integration of city, and the New Classical Economic theory was used to discuss the resources and the allocation of resources. The main work as follows:Aiming at the problem of data city resource share, the thesis discusses the resource allocation model based on New Classical Economics. Under the premise of full consideration to improve the system performance:●Resource allocation method based on inframarginal analysis with comparative advantage and exchange cost is proposed. The general equilibrium model of resource allocation was established in the distributed environment. Mathematical description and calculation method of exchange coefficient on the node were given, such as service vectors, exchange vectors and total service vectors. In the model, task requests are distributed to the node with the best comparative advantage in order to maximize the entire performance.●The method based on corner analysis and decision analysis in distributed environment was proposed to analyze resource allocation model and algorithm analyze, which includes autarky, half specialization and specialization structure. Corner analysis method not only ensured the allocation structure, but also reduced the solution space to improve the compute efficiency.●The resource allocation algorithm with comparative advantage and dynamic bargaining was proposed, which utilized Nash equilibrium to describe the dynamic of resource. Not only get efficacious Pareto resource configuration in division given environment, but also ensure the quality of Pareto optimization.According to the topological structure about the distributed system and abilities of nodes handling requests, through computing comparative advantage on two random nodes, the thesis built up resource allocation structure. The allocation mechanism allocates any request to the node with comparative advantage for this service, led each node provides comparative advantage service extremely and implements excellent performance.Aiming at data amalgamation, on the basis of data integrating technology:●The concepts of ontology and metadata were introduced to utilize the property that ontology describes relationship sufficiently and metadata describes information briefly; the mathematical description of ontology and metadata was built to give the map method between source date and metadata, metadata and ontology in order to form to output model based on ontology and metadata.●According to data conflict of digital city, solution was proposed to give property equivalence determination method and heterogeneity test method. Through the semantic similarity, the property of different input models was built to do conflict decision and conflict integration, which solved the data conflict in integration process.●An application-oriented logical and stratified structure in data center of digital city was designed to give application model, which combined with the land resource data to design the business structure and show the business description method. It provided model and method for data integration of digital city.Information sharing is the key problem for urban construction, which affects the efficiency, quality and decision of city manage directly. The data description model of ontology and metadata describes the information and association of data, reduces data redundancy and avoids semantic data ambiguity. Scalability of the model makes read and deal conveniently and could apply to many kinds of data entities. To provide model and method for information organization, management and search through the ontology and metadata complement each other.
