Study Of Non-development Land Evaluation Method Based On Ecological Network

Research of non-development land is a research field that is developed in recentyears. It is the product of reverse thinking of the reality that urban planning andconstruction pay too much attention on development land, and the purpose is to controland give guidelines for development land construction through the research and practiceof non-development land evaluation, planning and management. The research ofnon-development land is consistent with the current "ecological civilization","steadilypromote urbanization and other requirements of the times.This dissertation is supported by national natural science foundation project“Method study of the impact of land use change on the carbon source of carbon sinksmechanism and low-carbon urban and rural planning”(Item Number:51178235) andQingdao urban planning and design institute project “Evaluation of non constructionland based on ecological network”Non-development land evaluation is the base of non-development land planningand management. Non-development land evaluation can discover problems of the statusquo existing non-development land, and make evaluation of non-development land withdifferent protection requirement, and provide theory, methods and data base fornon-development land protection and development land construction. Various relatedelements vertical overlay analysis is widely used in non-development land evaluationmethod. However, this kind of method does not consider the horizontal relation of theelements. This dissertation focuse on analysis of mutual contact and effect of relatednon-development land types in the horizontal direction of the entire urban areas, andintroduces the ecological networks concept as the main method of non-developmentland evaluation of this study.The content of this dissertation is organized as follows. Firstly, comprehensivediscussion of domestic and international non-development land and ecological networkresearch progress is made, and we specified the non-development land ecologicalperspective by analysis of urban land use classification standards and the ecologicalfunctions hosted by non-development land, and introduce ecological network as themain concept and method discussed and applied in this study. And secondly, weanalyzed the concept and theoretical basis of ecological network, the relation between ecological network and non-development land, as well as the the role played by theecological network in non-development land evaluation. And thirdly, we constructedthe non-development land evaluation index based on ecological network. And then, weconstructed the non-development land evaluation technical framework based onecological network to implement the methods and index studied above. And finally, weapplied the technical framework and implement methods in Qingdao city to evaluate thenon-development land evaluation and provide suggestion of non-development landprotection.This dissertation has the following conclusions that non-development landevaluation is an important part of the urban land use evaluation and should be givenpriority, and the ecological perspective is the important perspective of non-developmentland evaluation, and ecological network can provide effective method tonon-development land evaluation that can provide guidance to protection of importantecological land in non-development land and reasonable siting and development ofdevelopment land in terms of theory, method and technology.
