In the Solow growth model and growth speed of recognition, the paper expanded the assumptions of the Solow growth model, and established an extended system growth model. Based on extended system growth model, in view of the relationship between science and technology progress and economic growth in Xinjiang, This paper has made a detailed analysis to the scientific and technological progress of Policy, applied research and education of Xinjiang, and answered how to implement economic development through science and technology progress this a series of core problem. So, is the relationship between technological innovation and economic growth in Xinxiang? What kind of the optimal choice of the mode of technological progress in Xinxiang? To achieve economic growth targets, Xinxiang should adopt what kind of decision, and realize the economic backwardness catch up?In order to solve the first problem, this paper firstly demonstrates the relative importance of scientific and technological progress to economic growth, and then from the recognition of Solow growth model and growth equation, using the large system growth equation, and the Solow model is extended to multiple system characteristic of scientific and technological progress of growth model, finally using the extension system growth model to explore the scientific and technological progress to economic growth in Xinjiang.For your second question, based on the extended system growth model, the paper studies the Xinjiang itself progress of science and technology, science and technology policy, applied research progress of science and technology progress, the role of education progress of science and technology for the development of the economy.
