Research On The Appreciation Mechanism Of Knowledge Capital In High-tech Virtual Industry Cluster

With the development of high-technology industry clusters in our country,problems are gradually revealed, such as technological lock-in effect andshortage of innovation, which mainly come from the lack of connection betweenmembers. In order to promote the sustainable development of high technologyindustry, the members no longer subject to geographical restrictions, interconnectrelying on information and network technology, which forms high-tech virtualindustry clusters with the main characteristics of organization approaches.Knowledge capital is one of the important economic elements of HTVIC, itsvalue will directly promote the HTVIC value enhancement. But the currentresearch is difficult to provide effective guidance for HTVIC knowledge capitalappreciation. Therefore, a set of knowledge capital appreciation mechanism isneeded to promote HTVIC knowledge capital appreciation. It is of greatsignificance to push the sustainable development of HTVIC and high technologyindustry.The dissertation illustrates the origin and the characteristics of HTVIC onbasis of the analysis of related research status on high-tech industrial cluster,virtual industry cluster, and knowledge capital. Then it introduces the conceptionof knowledge capital to HTVIC which is indeed a loose organization, andanalyzes its characteristics and classification. And then it interprets meaning ofknowledge capital appreciation in HTVIC, and also presents two conditions ofappreciation.Knowledge capital appreciation in HTVIC is the result of collaborativeactivities of members in the form of knowledge capital elements. So this dissertation reveals self-organization mechanism of knowledge capitalappreciation in HTVIC on the basis of synergetics self-organization theory. Fromthe perspective of strengthening the order parameter, the dissertation proposedthe mechanism framework, including value creation, value extraction and valueevaluation.From two aspects of knowledge capital formation and stock increase, thedissertation builds value creation mechanism in accordance with its knowledgecharacteristics, which aims to provide stock preparation. To begin with, thedissertation constructs formation mechanism of knowledge capital in HTVICbased on CAS theory and SECI model. Then, the dissertation constructs increasemechanism of knowledge capital stock in HTVIC based on NK model, at thesame time, relationship strength and innovative way, along with organizationallearning are included.From the perspective of three elements of knowledge capital,thedissertation builds value extraction mechanism in accordance with its capitalcharacteristics, which aims to realize the value of knowledge capitao in HTVIC.To start with, the dissertation constructs value extraction mechanism of humancapital in HTVIC based on Lucas model and double incentive model. Then,based on the supply and demand theory, price elasticity, and transaction costtheory and equilibrium theory, the dissertation establishes a system to operateefficiently HTVIC intellectual pro perty. Considering the embeddedness andinnovativeness, the dissertation provides a solution to have a culture integrationacross the regions. For purpose of optimizing organizational system,thedissertation sets up the coordination system between the governments, supportsystem around platform and weak management system.All of which aims topromote the value realization of organization capital in HTVIC. Finally, thedissertation establishes a system to enhance trust between members, andconstructs customer trust by some ways.The dissertation builds value evaluation mechanism in accordance with itsvalue-added features, which is conducive to grasp the current situation and havean effective management of knowledge capital so as to promote valuemaximization. In the fist place, evaluation organizations is constructed. Then,from the perspective of three elements, index management mechanism is established based on rough set, including primary election、determination andupdate. Again, method management mechanism is established based on thecombination of whitenization weight function of grey and rough set, includingmethod selection, weight determination method, comprehensive evaluationmethod and the dynamic adjusting system. Finally, safeguard mechanism ofknowledge capital evaluation in HTVIC is also constructed.The dissertation takes Binhai-zhongguancun information technology virtualindustry cluster as an example for empirical research.In conclusion, based on the theory of virtual industry cluster and theintellectual capital, this research is carried on appreciation mechanism ofknowledge capital in HTVIC, which purpose is to provide a set of method systemfor knowledge capital appreciation in HTVIC. This research has an importanttheoretical and practical significance by which it will promote the sustained andrapid development of HTVIC and offer a new solution for the development ofhigh technology industry.
