As to the effect of the medium variable to those relationships, they rarely discussed. Due to those reasons, it has highly possible caused different research conclusions to the relationships between the corporate social responsibility and the competitive advantages in the past. Thus, on the basis of related theoretical documents, this dissertation has taken exploration to the operating mechanism of the medium of the enterprises’intangible resources in the interrelation between different dimensions of corporate social responsibility and the competitive advantages.Thirdly, this dissertation has constructed partial and total medium models of the intangible resources in different dimensions of corporate social responsibility and the competitive advantages.
