Synthetic aperture lidar is a new technology which has great potential in the field of remote sensing. The distance has no effect on the resolution of range direction and azimuth direction. In the experimental studies, the linear frequency modulation method is adopted, but the frequency modulation rate and the linearity are all limiting factors to the fast moving platform. There are few researches on the phase-code synthetic aperture lidar, and there are many difficulties in the method which need to be further studied.This thesis focuses on the key technologies of phase-code modulation synthetic aperture lidar, the main contents of the research are as follows: 1) status and development of synthetic aperture laser radar is introduced, briefly introduces the principle of the synthetic aperture, the optoelectronic technology development are reviewed; 2) on the principle of synthetic aperture lidar the typical techniques are described, analyzed the characteristics of linear frequency modulation technology and its limitations, this phase-code modulation, and verified in theory and experiment; 3) analysis of the phase-code synthetic aperture lidar system parameters, analyzing the key technology of the key components of technical research, in 4); different target movement form are verified, including translation and non cooperation movement and other complex form, respectively in two motion forms of imaging characteristics were summarized and provide experimental reference; 5) different target surface reflectance properties was studied, the de-coherence properties were studied, also considers the issue of target echo signal loss and low signal to noise ratio, compressed sensing in the azimuth direction synthetic aperture ladar range to the application processing flow is proposed.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:1. For the first time to analysis the key technology in the phase-code synthetic aperture lidar, a detailed analysis of the system is an important index in; including the wideband signal modulation, high repetition rate optical switch, free space orthogonal demodulation, high-speed photoelectric conversion etc. key components of technology research. Provides hardware support for the realization of the system.2. For the first time to analysis the phase coded synthetic aperture lidar for different forms of exercise and the characteristics of different target imaging capability, for different application occasions phase coded synthetic aperture lidar provides reference for for applications, echo loss and low signal to noise ratio is proposed to deal with the contraction phase encoding and perception of synthetic aperture lidar range imaging algorithm, effectively enhance the practicability of the system.
