Nowadays, the Internet technology has developed very rapidly and played an important role in all aspects of people’s lives. The growing influence of e-commerce ecosystem is gradually extended. In e-commerce ecosystem between enterprises and individuals, the collaborative relationship is continuous innovation. Thus, the symbiotic theory provides a methodological guidance for the development of e-commerce ecosystem, to promote the further development and expansion of China’s e-commerce industry. With the emergence of cloud platform technology, this technology is more and more widely used in e-commerce operations. The application of cloud platform technology greatly stimulates the development of the traditional electronic commerce market. At the same time, there is lack of consideration to the related factors affecting the acceptance of cloud platform technology via the existing theoretical models in the context of e-commerce environment. Research on the overall cloud platform technology is still in the exploratory stage.Towards the above problems, based on a large number of previous theoretical results, this study will further analyze and integrate of existing technology acceptance theories under the perspective of e-commerce ecosystem. Also, it will give full consideration to the symbiosis factors influence, construct the integration of cloud platform technology acceptance model, so as to promote the development of e-commerce ecosystem through the theoretical foundation and managerial implication. Specifically, the study will be mainly focused on the following three aspects:(1) How to build a cloud platform technology acceptance model in e-commerce ecosystem?In the rapid evolution background of China e-commerce ecosystem, with the continuous development of cloud platform technology, this technology will be widely applied to the e-commerce ecosystem operation process. Therefore, understanding the process of the new technology acceptance will contribute to the future development of cloud platform and further improve the ordinary users demand. Existing integration technology acceptance model does not take into account the background of e-commerce ecosystem. This study will systematically introduce the integration of cloud platform technology into the original technology acceptance model, and construct new cloud integration platform of technology acceptance model.(2) The influence mechanism of cloud platform technology to user satisfaction and use intention influence?Although there have been some research achievements on cloud platform technology, there is no complete definition of the basic characteristics of cloud platform technology. In other words, the research on the overall cloud platform technology is still in the exploratory stage. Especially in the context of the rapid development of China’s e-commerce ecosystem, how to construct the features of cloud platform technology in e-commerce ecosystem, and identify the relationship among the user satisfaction, continuance intention, such as whether there is positive effect of cloud platform basic characteristics on user satisfaction, continuance intention. Due to the different perspectives, its theoretical framework has not been fully established. Also, there are a lot of theoretical gaps need to be filled. Having considered the e-commerce ecosystem background, this research would apply the empirical method and further validate the relationship among them.(3) How the symbiotic factors affect mechanism of user information technology acceptance?Due to the cloud computing platform with a variety of characteristics, user information technology acceptance process is affected by multiple factors. How the symbiosis factors affecting on user information technology acceptance also needs a further analysis. Based on the existing theory flaw, this article will study the moderator role of symbiotic factors, and explore the different impacts of user technology acceptance under such mechanism. This paper introduces the symbiosis factor variable, which is the innovative idea, which can be more persuasive via the new integration model of cloud platform technology acceptance.Through the literature reviews, this article draws the four conclusions.(1) The basic characteristics of cloud computing platform under the background of e-commerce ecosystem are the key factors influencing user acceptanceUnder the background of e-commerce ecosystem, a variety of business models and new technology is mutually integrated and developed. In this study, through the analysis on previous studies in the original technology acceptance model, technology acceptance model, the technology acceptance model 3, etc., there is an integration of technology acceptance and use theory and theory of use and satisfaction, a unified analysis on these theoretical definitions and concepts. It combines with a "perception-attitude-behavior" research paradigm, identifying the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and response which are four basic characteristics of the cloud platform technology, to construct the conceptual model of this study. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, it verifies the rationality of the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and response, which indicates the applicability and reliability of the identified factors. At the same time it explains the impacts on technology acceptance results from the variables of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and response of the cloud platform technology.(2) To great extent, the basic characteristics of cloud platform technology have significant effect on user satisfaction, individual user continuance intention.The study of a large number of user survey data finds that the four basic characteristics of cloud computing platform:perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and response have a significant influence on user satisfaction. The perceived usefulness has a positive impact on the user satisfaction. Perceived ease of use has a positive impact on user satisfaction. Safety has a positive impact on the user satisfaction. Response has a positive impact on user satisfaction. The four basic characteristics of cloud platform technology:perceived usefulness, safety and response have a significant impact on the continuance intention. The perceived usefulness has a positive impact on the continuance intention. The safety has a positive impact on the continuance intention. Response has a positive impact on the continuance intention.This is because perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and response can bring more fluent sense for individual users during the process of using cloud platform technology. This flow will greatly enhance and promote good experience of individual users, and have a significant influence on the use satisfaction and intention.(3) The symbiotic factors play the partial moderator role in the relationship with the user satisfaction, user continues.From the perspective of e-commerce ecosystem, this paper introduces the symbiosis factor variables which are openness, entertainment and social networking to investigate different conditioning on user satisfaction and continuance intention.The higher openness is, the greater impact degree is from the perceived usefulness to satisfaction. The higher openness is, the greater impact degree is from perceived ease of use to satisfaction. The higher openness is, the greater impact degree is from the safety to satisfaction. The higher entertainment is, the greater impact degree is from perceived usefulness to satisfaction. The higher entertainment is, the greater impact degree is from safety to satisfaction. The higher entertainment is, the greater impact degree is from response to satisfaction. The higher social networking is, the greater impact degree is from perceived usefulness to satisfaction. The higher social networking is, the greater impact degree is from perceived ease to satisfaction. The higher social networking is, the greater impact degree is from safety to satisfaction.The higher openness is, the greater impact degree is from perceived usefulness to continuance intention. The higher openness is, the greater impact degree is from safety to continuance intention. The higher entertainment is, the greater impact degree is from perceived usefulness to continuance intention. The higher social networking is, the greater impact degree is from perceived usefulness to continuance intention. The higher social networking is, the greater impact degree is from response to continuance intention.(4) During the using process of cloud computing platform, user satisfaction is the necessary condition to determine the user continuance intention.In spite of the traditional technology acceptance theory, this study suggests that the cloud computing platform for consumers is also a kind of service. Due to the existence high quality service for users, through the service of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and response for consumers to build affordable, efficient, secure, real-time and efficient use of channels, allowing users to feel the emerging technology value. Previous studies have emphasized that individual continuance intention will affected by individual anchor of the qualitative behavior, i.e., by comparing the content service to form the satisfaction on technology. And the user satisfaction change will eventually determine to user technology continuance intention. The users form a comprehensive overview on cloud platform technology by comparing their perceived benefits and loss. The cloud platform technology provides a large number of goods and services to meet the user physical and emotional demands. The study indicates that during the using process of cloud computing platform, user satisfaction is the necessary condition to determine the user continuance intention.Throughout the paper, focusing on the basic problems of why the cloud platform technology can continue to be used in the context of e-commerce ecosystem, this article mainly proposes three innovative points.(1) This article puts forward a new research path. The study reviews the evolution of e-commerce ecosystem, and extends e-commerce ecosystem notation. From the perspective of e-commerce ecosystem, it explains the cloud platform technology. It studies on the process of cloud platform technology acceptance. Under the e-commerce ecosystem background, it extends the existing technology acceptance model, constructs the new integrated technology acceptance model.(2) It explores the structure divisions of symbiotic factors. Due to the lack of a unified view on the symbiotic factor content and dimension, this paper reviews the context and development of symbiotic theory in the field of research paradigm and methodology. It eventually divides the symbiotic factors into three dimensions of openness, entertainment and social networking, the study of which provides the innovative standard.(3) It helps interprets user information technology acceptance mechanism under the influence of symbiotic factors. It makes up the deficiencies of the existing theories after the integration of the new cloud computing platform model. Thus, it concludes that it can fully adjust these factors to effectively promote user technology acceptance. Finally, it provides the theory contribution and managerial implication.
