Research On Microblog Users’ Collective Behavior Based On The Complex Network

The development of the Internet has changed the statue of people’s social life to a great extent and the spread of fission of various information has promoted the arrival of the diversified society. On the one hand, it has changed the traditional relationship between communicators and audience, on the other hand, it reshaped the information communication platform. Microblog is an important channel to get the information and publish information in people’s work and life. Microblog users’behavior reflects the dependence degree of people using microblog, and also indirectly reflects the influence degree of microblog on people.Our country is in the period of social transformation, and social conflicts accumulated in a long period is a rising trend, so group incidents continue to occur, such as the food safety issues, environmental pollution, demolition issues and so on, which has affected the social stability and national development. Along with the development of microblog, the fields of group events began to microblog and the development situations tend to be diversified and complex; at the same time, the reality combined with the network and the masses interacted with internet users, which expanded the influence of group events and makes social contradictions intensified. Therefore, the microblog users’s collective behavior is a product of the information society, and studying the microblog users’s collective behavior is an objective demand to estimate the unknown information society. At present, the related literatures of microblog users’s collective behavior based on complex networks is less, and the researches on microblog users’ behavior mainly analyzed from the individual point of view and the systematic study about microblog users’ collective behavior is lack. So, exploring the formation and development of microblog users’ collective behavior deeply has the extremely important theory value and the practice significance for fully and accurately grasping the development path, providing the basis for the government dealing with an emergency, reducing incidents of affecting social stability and promoting our society harmonious development.This paper based on the thery of management science and complex network and the guiding principle of dialectic relationship of the static and dynamic, individual and group, macroscopic and microcosmic. Combining the empirical research and modeling of complex network, it demonstrated the process of the formation and development, mechanism of behavior selection, countermeasures norms of microblog users’ collective behavior, so that we can further understand the way of microblog users’ collective behavior, grasp the law of development of microblog users’ collective behavior, shape microblog harmonious network environment and supervise and guide effectively the development of microblog users’ collective behavior. In this paper, the main research contents and conclusion are as follows:First, it uses the interpretative structural modeling (ISM) to study microblog users’collective behavior, and it from micro and macro aspects to explain systematically the complexity of microblog users’ collective behavior and demonstrate the influence factors and constructe the interpretative structural modeling of microblog users’ collective behavior. Under effect of macro factors and micro factors, the microblog users’ collective behavior exhibited instability, unpredictability and complexity. Extracting factors affecting microblog users’ collective behavior through the case analysis method and based on the complex network theory, it explains the reasons of affecting the microblog users’ collective behavior and the relationships among the reasons by the model. The study found that, the most fundamental reasons caused microblog users’ collective behavior is the imperfect mechanism for government work and the lack of relevant laws and policies and institutional; the most direct reasons are the outburst of the social contradictions, the interaction between the group members and the psychology degree of perfection of the group members.Second, based on the principle of scale-free networks and cellular automata model, it reveals the mechanism and evolution process from multi-level and multi-angle, and constructs the evolution model of formation and interaction of microblog users’collective behavior. Based on the full consideration of group members’preference of entering into the group and the theory of scale-free networks, to establish the group rules and the key mechanism of the growth of local preferential attachment, the dynamic evolution, it constructs complex network model to analyze the evolution process of formation and interaction of microblog users’collective behavior to put forward the guidance and development mechanism of microblog users’collective behavior. The study found that the formation and interaction of microblog users’ collective behavior have a greater relationship with members’personality, and when the members’personality is easy to change, the collective behavior is easy to reach agreement; in the process of forming the collective behavior, it maybe forms subgroups and the interaction of subgroups will also promote the formation of microblog users’collective behavior.Third, based on the cellular automata model, it demonstrats the selection process and mechanism of microblog users’collective behavior and constructs a complex network model of microblog users’collective behavior selection. Based on cellular automata model and through the establishment of complex network model, it explains that microblog users’collective behavior how to form behavior selection under the effect of environmental factors, personal factors and peripheral cellular and the way and degree of influence of microblog users’collective behavior, so that it put forward the mechanism and development trend of microblog users’collective behavior selection. The study found that, with increase of individuals involving in the group interaction enthusiasm and the impact of environmental impact, microblog users’collective behavior selection develops from polarization to unipolar; microblog users’ collective behavior selection affected by individual and environmental factors, and the effect of single factor is limited and personal factors is a pulling force for the development of collective behavioral selection, and environmental factors is a thrust and at the same time the influence of environmental factors is slightly larger than the individual factors.Fourth, from the point of view of the decision principle of microblog users’collective behaviors, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for construction of microblog users’collective behaviors and proved the method is effective to monitor and guide of microblog users’ collective behavior. Combined with the conclusions drawn from the case analysis and complex network modeling, it shows that we should train opinion leaders and set the agenda to strengthen information exchange and interaction between group members and improve the comprehensive group member information cognition clarifying the individual level, government level and the social level by multi-level, multi angle. Through the establishment of rules of microblog platform, security of social relief and security mechanism and discipline of micro-blog users’ behavior, we should ensure it can constraints on group members’ behavior reasonably and effectively, and make it rational and normative, so that we can supervise and guide the collective behavior more effectively. That can make it conducive to social stability and better serve the deveiopment of country and society.How to make full use of and play the role fully of microblog users’ collective behavior is an important issue that the nation must be pay attention when they concern about network security, social security and national security. That also need more scholars to study and research the microblog users’collective behavior deeply, to further understand its formation, features and development and so on and to expand the depth of research content to enrich the related research findings about the microblog users’collective behavior.
