The Construction Of TCM Theory System Of Health Preserving

The present project initially used the principle of generaology to investigate the development of health preserving theory of TCM through the points of traditional culture, thinking modes and philosophy. Furthermore the conception of primitive health preserving culture was displayed in this study. The theoretical method was used in present study to analyse the initial development of the health preserving theory of TCM, and to study the construction course of TCM theory system of health preserving and research the effect of traditional Chinese thinking modes on the construction course. From this study, the following conclusions were obtained: the ancient Chinese philosophy represented by ancient thinkers is the constructional thought basic of TCM theory system of health preserving. They determine and influence the way of health preserving of TCM. The traditional Chinese thinking, such as the unity thinking, imitation thinking and dialectic thinking, permeate into health preserving theory of TCM and help construct its characteristic theory system. After the appearance of Huang Di Nei Jing, which firstly discussed health preserving with a view of medicine, the health preserving culture possessed by many ancient thinkers were induced, concluded and exerted. Finally, Huang Di Nei Jing promoted the construction of TCM theory system of health preserving.
