Research Of Mechanism Of Treating Ischemia Heart Disease With Xinnaotongluoye

Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is the disease that the myocardial blood-deficiency occurs when the coronary artery blood circularity can not match with the heart's need. IHD is one of commonly and frequently encountered diseases in the middle and the old .It seriously affects the mankind's life. Countries all over the world, especially in the developed countries, think highly of the research prevention and the care of IHD. Base on the onset features of IHD in our country and analyse the development in the treatment of IHD with TCM and modern medicine method, We sum up the experiences to select effective recipes and triturate the Xinnaotongluoye(XNTLY). It shows significant effect in the primary clinical observation.In the study, we make the model of IHD by tie up the rabbit's coronary artery. We use some experimental ways such as pathology, immunology and so on. We take thorough the study about mechanism of disease from pathologic form, the level of NO and its mRNA, the level of ET-1 and its mRNA, the level of Angâ…¡, myocardial apoptotic. The result suggests that XNTLY can do good to what we have studied, and the effect is better than the control group.In the study, 60 patients with IHD selected are randomized divided into two groups: one is treated by normal medical ways and XNTLY, and the other, the control grope, is treated by normal medical ways and Diaoxinxuekang (DAXXK). The result suggests that the XNTLY affects better on the ways such as clinical symptoms, level of SOD, level of cholesterol, level of MDA, level of Angâ…¡, level of ET.The study analyses the pathogenesis of the onset of IHD, we think the QI-asthenia is the root, the blood will not move without the Qi's promoting. The Tan-evil, blood-stasis and Qi-stasis got the vessel, so the IHD comes to patients. The XNTLY has the effect that supplementing the Qi, promoting blood circulation, eliminate the tan, so the XNTLY can affect efficiently.
