Tumor related epilepsy and AVM related epilepsy are types of epilepsy, that is symptomatic epilepsy, secondery epilepsy or obtained epilepsy. Epilepsy is only a symptom of brain tumours and brain AVM. After therapy of surgery or intervention or radioation, epilepsy can occur(late-onset epilepsy) and influences the zoetic health of patients seriously and it has been a problem emphasized by clinic doctors. The genesis factors and genesis mechanisms and prophylaxis of tumour and AVM related epilepsy have been studied by many scholars. We select three pathological changes: â‘ Gliomas are malignant tumours frequently genesis in the brain, which come from brain tissue. Gliomas are represents of tumours come from brain tissue.â‘¡ Meningiomas are benign lesions come from meninges, which are abaxial tumours. Meningiomas are represents of abaxial tumours.â‘¢AVMs are pathological changes of vessels which influence the blood circulation and haemodynamics of the brain.AVMs are represents of vessels. We want to explore the genetic factors and mechanisms of epilepsy and the differences of epilepsy of three pathological changes by anaylsize the genetic informations of epilepsy of three pathological changes. We also design a clinic prospective control study to explore the role of anti-epileptic drugs to the epilepsy(including early epilepsy and late-onset epilepsy) after neurosurgery operations.
