Studies On Chemical Constituents And Anti-inflammation Effect And Extract And Purifying Technique Of Total Saponins Of White Patrinia

White patrinia is the all-glass of patrinia villosa planting through all China, as one of traditional Chinese medicine and wild vegetable, its rhizome and grass can be applied to medicine, which is helpful for relieving heat and detoxification, dispelling silt and purulence. It is testified in clinic treatment that it can cure intestines carbuncle, abscess of lung, constipation, dysentery, enteritis, hepatitis, conjunctivitis, post partum blood stasis, bellyache, furuncle and swollen, etc. it is reported that the researches on patrinia in China at present are mainly basing on yellow patrinia, but few researches done on white patrinia. In fact, white patrinia has effective effects, which also is planting through all China, so, it is significant to have deep research on it. This research has studied chemical element, pharmacological effect, quality of medical materials of white patrinia, also researched the purifying technical of white patrinia's total saponins.The experiment done on chemical element approved that white patrinia may contain amino acid, protein, amylase, fattiness, naphthtannins, hydroxybenzene, organic acid, flavone, coumarin, triterpene, steroid and saponins.After mellowed and separated white patrinia and purified with column chromatogram &thin layer chromatography, this research obtained 9 compounds from acetic acid ethyl ester & N-Butanol, and authenticated structures of 7 compounds: I. P-sitosterol, II.villosol, III quercetin, IV.ferulate, V. ursolic acid, VI.β- daucsosterol, VIII. rutin, etc.Pharmacological experiments done on different extracted parts approved that acetic acid ethyl ester and N-Butanol of white patrinia can constrain swollen of rat metatarsus caused by dimethylbenzene and capillary vessel permeability of rat abdomen caused by vinegar acid, this result shows that acetic acid ethyl ester and N-Butanol are the effective parts of white patrinia.Villosol is the single compound separated from acetic acid ethyl ester and N-Butanol of white patrinia, it is easy to get extracted with higher extract rate.
