Study On Clinical Stages And The Correspond Integrated Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: Establish clinical stages and the correspond integrated treatment of UC to improve the therapeutic effect.Methods:1. With the clinical symptoms, endoscope and pathological representation, we dispart UC by five clinical stages: usher stage, acute stage, catabatic stage, recrudescent stage, precancerous stage.2. Establish the correspond integrated treatment with clinical stages. There are three main medicines in the integrated treatment: Tong Fu-ning Granule, Tong Guan Tang and Thymic protein.3. 182 cases are divided into two groups randomly, therapy group being treated with integrated treatment and control group being treated with routine therapy, after 30-days continuous treatment observing the changes of guide-lines and the general therapeutical effect.Results:1. Total thirteen guide - lines are significat ive. for clinical stages, such as grade for clinical symptoms, fibrosis of mucous membrane, quantity of lymphocyte,and so on.2. Evaluating the therapeutic effect With the clinical symptoms, endoscope, pathological representation and both of them.we found that there is obvious discrepancy between the total effective rate of the two groups (P<0. 05).Conclusions: The clinical stages can incarnate the clinical characteristic of UC. The therapeutical effect of integrated treatment to ulcerative colitis is better than the one of routine therapy.
