| PurposeDural arteriovenous f istulae (DAVF) is a kind of disease with the direct communication of arteries and veins in dural mater. Until now its reason and pathogenesis is not clear. The purpose of this research is to investigate the real factors and pathogenesis leading to the occurrence of DAVF according to the dural microcirculation observation, ink injection and the VEGF changes of dural mater in different stages after the dural sinuses hypertension in order to establish the animal model of DAVF using SD rats. In the research we also investigate the expression of VEGF in the incised samples of the dural mater in DAVF, mainly spinal dural arteriovenous fistula. According to above results VEGF function in the pathogenesis of DAVF is proposed.Material and mathods:110 male SD rats are divided into two groups: 85rats in the experimental group and the left in the control group. All the experimental rats receive the following operation: the occlusion of superior sagittal sinuse and the left transverse sinuse, the anastomosis of the right common carotid arteries and the external jugular veins. The rats in the control group just... |
