The first part: Set up the model of chronic pancreatitis in ratObjective: To set up the model of chronic pancreatitis in rat.Method: 84 Wister rats were divided into model group and control group at random. The rat pancreatic ducts in two groups were exposed. The biliopancreatic duct was cannulated and tied close to the liver by microarterial clip. Puncture pancreatic duct by 41/2 pinhead. 0.4 ml of 2% TNBS in 10% ethanol and phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) (pH 7.2) was infused into biliopancreatic duct in model group under a continuous controlled-pressure system in 40 minutes. Control group underwent the same procedure using PBS-ethanol of same quantity. Groups of six rats were killed at each week from one to seven after operation. HE and Masson staining were done in pancreas tissue sections for light microscope evaluation. Evaluate the ultrastructure change of pancreas tissue under electronic microscope. Detecting the content of serum amylase, C peptide and hyaluronic acid according to reagent box explanation. Evaluate the expression of collagen type I in pancreas tissue by immunohistochemistry technique.Results:1. Light microscope evaluation: there was no significant fibrosis in pancreas tissue in control group. In model group: there were inflammatory cells...
