The stress urinary incontinence (SUI) is a disease that the urine flow outward without orders when the patients have a sudden pressure to their abdomen such as cough,cry,sneeze,move and change body position. SUI is a common disease which mainly affect quality of life relating to the females , especially give a lot of trouble to the old women. The SUI have been paid more and more attention to with the ageing increasing on our society.The treatment for SUI include operation and non-operation treatment. Non-operation treatment, including alteration of life style, pelvic floor muscle training, behavioral therapy, biofeedback and drug treatment, mainly refer to lighter symptom or young women. Traditional bladder neck ventrofixation and other reforming operation methods may refer to I and II type SUI through changing the angle of bladder neck and urethra, but it may result more operation wound and can not correct the dysfunction of sphincter.The injection therapy has the virtues of safety, convenience, micro-wound and has been welcome by doctors and patients recently. The medicine or chemical reagents were injected into the mucosa and muscle around the internal os near the urinary bladder to lengthen and lessen the urethra. The resisting force of urinary can be increased , the dysfunction of sphincter can be retrieved by injection and the stress urinary incontinence can be controlled successfully. At present the ideal material which have the virtues of better, longer effect and safety has not been discovered. The common material us for injection, such as Teflon, collagen, body fat, silicon resin and microsphere, have evident side effect. The idea material should have some characteristics as following: integrated construction, nonvenomous, no immunogenicity, no exclusion, longer effctive, having less inflammation in the site of injecting and no shifting from the injecting site to other organs. The muscle derived stem cells (MDSC) not only have all above virtues but also are simple, cheaper, not moving away to other organs. The MDSC separated from the skeletal muscle can differentiated into osteoblasts, chondrocytes, lipocytes, myoblasts and neurocytes and so on.
