| Objective1. The study employed fenpropathrin to jeopardize pregnant rats modeling as the experimental object to observe and analyze the effective of fenpropathrin to the pregnant SD rat itself, the filial generation and the reproductive capability. In according to the findings, we could evaluate fenpropathrin may cause the fatal damage against the immunize, nervous and reproductive systems and at the result to explore its mechanism towards the reproductive system.2. To the aspect of Chinese medicine, the study has analyzed the cause and theory of the disease from the different sorts of reason, specialization and characteristic of disease.3. As a supplement to complete the theory of 'kidney stores essence' of Chinese medicine.Methods1. the stage of research on employed fenpropathrin to jeopardize pregnant rats: 72 SD healthy rats were divided into six groups including: (1) model group;(2) model plus high dose treatment;(3) model plus middle dose treatment;(4) model plus low dose treatment;(5) model plus Turinal;respectively. Group 1 to 5 were orally fed fenpropathrin at l/20LD50(6.775mg/kg) daily from day 1 to 15 once proved pregnancy. Then, physiological saline was given after being poisoned after 4 to 6 hours;treatment with adult dosage or 2-3 times of Chinese herbal medicine and Turinal (0.2g/kg) . The group (6) is a blank control group. Half of the pregnant rats were killed on the fifteenth days, the rest was kept until labour. The proposes of the experiments were to observe SD general condition, growth in weight, pregnancy symptoms, spleen, ovary and uterus, number of embryo and itsdevelopment. Blood tests were carried out in the mid stage of pregnancy and delivery respectively to generate data of P-endorphone, estradiol, prostaglandin and Ca2+-ATP.2. the study on employed fenpropathrin of rats on delivery stage: the experimental study to observe the livability, embryonic shape and defect, days of pregnancy and the standard of cell factors such as IFN-y, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-10.3. The experimental study on the affection of embryonic development whilst maternal rats being poisoned by fenpropathrin: the study observed the embryonic shape and defect, examined the weight, length and tail of the maternal rats as well as livability, life and death rate.4. The experimental study on the stage of infant's growth whilst maternal rats being poisoned by fenpropathrin: The infant rats were observed and compared with their growing conditions, life and death rate. In addition, observed and recorded the process of growing conditions on hair growth, ears and eyes opening, testis and vaginal opening for assessment. Forearm reaction, turn-around reaction, up and down reaction were also being assessed. The escape and darkness tests were hold to observe learning skill and memory ability. On the fourth and tenth day after the infant rats were bom, 12 infant rats were randomly drawn from each group, devitalized. Then, the whole brain was taken, the blood was bleached and the meninx was peeled, physiological saline was applied to bend and grind 10% of brain tissue, estimated NO level and NOS activation was estimated.Findings1. There were no obvious sign and toxic syndrome of the pregnant rats during pregnancy. However, after being poisoned by 1/20LD50 fenpropathrin, the immune, nervous and endocrine systems has shown inner intoxication. The results were just suit to our request.2. The Chinese herbal medicines of replenishing Kidney are capable to protect and repair the damaged caused by fenpropathrin. It also reveals that the complication of immune system in which Chinese herbal medicines of replenishing kidney will help to adjust by way of 'micro control'.3. It reveals that the Chinese herbal medicines for replenishing Kidney not simply can cause p-endorphone grows up or down, but control concentration of P-endorphone in blood so as to modulate the function of immune in a normal situation. In this way to reduce the damage caused. According to the test, the function of Allylestrenol in p-endorphone was hardly noticeable.4. During the mid "pregnancy, the quantity and time of intoxication in the experiment had not directly reacted to the reproduction and endocrine systems. In this connection, the poisoning might interfere the immune system first, and then worked on NIM system while immune system was not in a normal position. At the result, damaged and interfered the reproduction and endocrine systems.5. The Chinese herbal medicine for replenishing Kidney could protect and accelerate on reproductive and endocrine system. The standard of E2 had been speeded up. However, regarding to the dosage of the Chinese herbal medicine, there is no positive ratio between protection and accelerate on reproductive and endocrine system. In the experiment, the low dosage had got a better effect.6. The poisoning maternal rats would remain effective even after delivery. The infant rats had carried on being poisoned by fenpropathrin.7. Being disturbed by fenpropathrin, Thl/Th2 cells response had found in unbalancing condition during pregnancy.8. The poisoning infant rats did not react during fetus. However, after born the reaction on poisoning from fenpropathrin was obvious.9. The poisoning infant rats shown the impact in multi system.10. The poisoning by fenpropathrin would delete the development of nervous. However, there is not such finding on the infant rats.11. It revealed that apart from the concentration of NOS, INOS and NO physiologically increased, the concentration of poison of fenpropathrin would increase rapidly. It would cause the problem in the development of nervous, other physiological process.Conclusions1. The experiment displayed the Chinese herbal medicine for replenishing Kidney can help to prevent toxicity of fenpropathrin.2. The toxicity of fenpropathrin can be spreading and inheritance to next generation. It produced various kinds of damages against maternal rats, infant rats and fetus: such as: nervous, reproductive-endocrine, immune system as well as growth and development of the next generation.3. To the Chinese medicines' point of views, categorical identification in terms of causes has been suggested to divide factors from external as 'abnormal gas'. The study has summarized following: (l)the disease reaches human body directly;(2)thecharacteristic of the disease is belong to 'yin';(3)the organ suffered is kidney according to theory of Chinese medicines.4. The theory of 'kidney stores essence' of Chinese medicine, the meaning of 'store' not only stands for 'keep for use as needed' but also for protection, prevention. In addition, it can avoid diseases damage the kidney system by its detoxification. It can also set as a barrier to block the disease spreading and inheritance to next generation. So that it can protect the whole kidney system.
